As soon as I got out of my car, this second guy - who was parked closer to the door - got out of his car and walked very quickly so that he could beat me inside. The manager observed this and made sure to put my car ahead of his in the queue. I've been coming here for a few years for my inspections and will continue to do so. It's super convenient, you just drive through and don't even have to get out of your car. You line up in the back, and I was greeted right away. The first employee took my insurance card, got my mileage, and directed me forward. Then another gentleman helped me finish up. They asked if I wanted to pay for my registration on the spot for an additional $7, which I appreciated since I just wanted everything taken care of at once. There is also a $2 debit card fee, which was fine. One small thing, I did notice a tip jar, and there's also a tip option when you pay by card. I'm a little unsure how I feel about that in this type of service, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and I left with my sticker in hand. Super fast, super easy--bravo! The four stars is because of the tipping, employees were great!

I gave my approval, and they actually provide the courtesy to pick up the car at your home and then deliver it back to you at no additional fee! They called me to let me know how the repair job was going and provided the estimated time of completion. The also provide inspection services to pass the emission tests for your car registration. It was perfect timing as my car had failed a recent inspection. They diagnosed the emission sensor that was needed and had my car reinspected and provided the documentation I needed to get my new sticker. Other mechanics I had tried could not figure out what was needed.!!! So, my car was delivered to my home with the repairs completed and the inspection passed document to get my new tag. I will now continue to use PAI Automotive for all of my vehicle repair and maintenance and highly recommend them.

Showed him the app that had my policy. He was kind enough to escort me to their waiting area. Another gentleman came in to collect my contact information and discuss different aspects of my car due to its age/mileage. Great and comfortable conversation. A 3rd gentleman came in the office to let me know my car was completed and collected payment. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Talk about service! Very policy folks that work there and quick about their service. I will be back to visit them in the future.
