Upon entering the dressing room with multiple pairs of pants, I discovered some were mislabeled in sizing. Which wasted a lot of time having to go back for correct sizes. The women's EMT section is awful. Very few options. There was only 1 shirt in my size, L. I traveled almost 2 hours to shop at the Paramus location. I also needed boots. They didn't carry my size in any black boots. I also found mens shirts incorrectly labeled in size. To top it off, after arriving home I realized the employee did not pack the correct clothing in my bag, making this trip completely worthless. I called and asked for a manager and was Informed one was not available. Never again! Awful!

I made a quick call and the representative said that I have 6 minutes. I rushed in picked up a smaller belt and was ready to go. No time wasting tactics. I appreciate the entire staffs patience with allowing me to purchase one item for $24.99 a pretty good value for a leather belt. What resonated most with me is that, I was in dire need and Frank's employees could have shut the door and ended the sales for the day but they were kind enough to allow a small purchase of $24.99 to end the sales quota. No sales is to small to make a sale, they are a business that provides for its customers, no matter how much you spend. They are there for you, when you need them and that's why I keep coming back. They have uniforms, casual clothes, fishing and hunting gear, and sports equipment. There is not a better place to shop, I've been supporting Frank's Sports Shop since January 2003. They have everything you would need from w sports and uniform store. I was in a rush, so no pictures. Thanks guys for exceeding all expectations... Inspire more, Yelp more!

The guy on the phone was so pleasant and agreed to order the specific style using his connections and would call me when it arrived. They arrived at the store for purchase a week later. I showed up at the store was greeted by clutter . Not sure if that is by design or what . Within the clutter however, they do have a large selection of quality work wear. These kinda stores are harder to find these days so pass has to be given for the clutter .It also helps that the owner is very friendly and seems the type to bend over backwards to make the client happy . I have to give this place a 5 because I got a great deal on items I couldn't find anywhere else but seemingly questionable websites. Don't chance that and support this local business ! As soon as we walked in we felt very welcomed. They told her about all her options and even helped with informing her on what is usually more important to buy in her line of work. We panicked when they call the USPS to confirm the voucher but the supervisor was not in, we thought we were going to be asked to return another day but instead the owner said no problem I will just call him tomorrow. They were very helpful and didn't push anything on her that she did not need. I highly recommend them and will definitely return. PS love that they appreciate that mom and dad was with the customer. Paid for Premium Shipping -- Item Still Hasn't Shipped…read more I placed an order with ArmyNavyUSA.com on 02/19/2026 at 9:41 AM PST. At checkout, they offered three shipping options: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and UPS -- with UPS being the most expensive option. I chose UPS, assuming the higher cost meant faster or at least prioritized handling. It is now February 26, 2026, and the item still has not shipped. When I reached out to customer support, I received this response: "Unfortunately the UPS option is not a fast shipping option." That explanation is baffling. If UPS isn't faster, why is it presented as the premium-priced option? Charging more for a shipping method that doesn't actually expedite processing feels misleading at best. After looking into the company's reputation, I noticed their Trustpilot rating sits around 2.3 stars, with numerous reviews specifically mentioning slow shipping and poor communication. What's even more concerning is the pattern of nearly identical owner replies apologizing and promising to "improve processes," while the same issues continue months later. At some point, repeated apologies stop meaning anything. Paying extra for shipping, waiting a full week without dispatch, and receiving vague explanations is frustrating and disappointing. Transparency matters. If processing times are long regardless of the shipping method selected, that should be clearly disclosed before customers pay more. I'm genuinely curious to see what generic, templated response will appear under this review. Hopefully it includes more than the usual "we're working on improving." Buyers should read the reviews carefully before ordering. Also just look at the photo they have on Google Maps...look at the front of the store...do you want to order from here?
