Upon entering the dressing room with multiple pairs of pants, I discovered some were mislabeled in sizing. Which wasted a lot of time having to go back for correct sizes. The women's EMT section is awful. Very few options. There was only 1 shirt in my size, L. I traveled almost 2 hours to shop at the Paramus location. I also needed boots. They didn't carry my size in any black boots. I also found mens shirts incorrectly labeled in size. To top it off, after arriving home I realized the employee did not pack the correct clothing in my bag, making this trip completely worthless. I called and asked for a manager and was Informed one was not available. Never again! Awful!

No sales is to small to make a sale, they are a business that provides for its customers, no matter how much you spend. They are there for you, when you need them and that's why I keep coming back. As soon as we walked in we felt very welcomed. They told her about all her options and even helped with informing her on what is usually more important to buy in her line of work. As she tried on some shirt they even hemmed the pants to the correct length right there. We panicked when they call the USPS to confirm the voucher but the supervisor was not in, we thought we were going to be asked to return another day but instead the owner said no problem I will just call him tomorrow. They were very helpful and didn't push anything on her that she did not need. I highly recommend them and will definitely return. PS love that they appreciate that mom and dad was with the customer. This place showed up and it was a specialty store - which I preferred over random places that may have just a few of what you might need - so I tried here. Inside the staff was friendly and everything looked neat. Though they had very little of what I actually needed, I did find one top I could use, so not a total loss. The clearance area had some great deals for footwear, but sadly none were my size. The have a small parking lot on the side of the building. Make sure you park on the side with their building as they share it with another business. If you can't find parking, then be prepared to pay the meters. It's White Plains and they WILL check the meters frequently enough because the city of White Plains loves to make money on parking ticket issuance. If you're in a profession that requires these types of clothing/footwear, then this should be a place to check out. They have a pretty great variety overall.
