I have always come in person to order scrubs. I was moving and had to have my order shipped. It has been over a month, no ORDER. My order has not shown up. At first the order was "Back-Ordered" but was suppose to be shipped last week. No tracking number was provided, I have called multiple times and I am out of money! I called several stores and this was the first one that carried the brand of clothing I like and was willing to help despite not having the specific model number. The guy on the phone was so pleasant and agreed to order the specific style using his connections and would call me when it arrived. They arrived at the store for purchase a week later. I showed up at the store was greeted by clutter . Not sure if that is by design or what . Within the clutter however, they do have a large selection of quality work wear. These kinda stores are harder to find these days so pass has to be given for the clutter .It also helps that the owner is very friendly and seems the type to bend over backwards to make the client happy . I have to give this place a 5 because I got a great deal on items I couldn't find anywhere else but seemingly questionable websites. Don't chance that and support this local business ! People beware think before order online from this people. Right now I am at risk of loosing $278 worth of scrubs. I am a busy nurse giving out covid 19 vaccination I needs lot of scrubs . They sent my order to the wrong address . When I have the right address on my account. And funny thing is I never received the delivery confirmation emails. read more

I will return to this spot for everything I need. The man who runs the store knows how to cultivate loyal business and is very helpful. If you're in the NYC area, and you think it's a schlep to get to, the travel time is worth it - very reasonably priced as well. Just came to purchase my first pair of scrubs and shoes for class and I have to say I am impressed with the customer service the guy had ( I forgot to ask his name :/ ). He helped me from start to finish. While helping me out he was also helping a prior customer, he really was attentive to everyone in the store. Thoroughly explained the different materials and what was currently trending in the scrub-wearer world. Really great service. In terms of prices I would say I got a pretty good deal for all my items. This scrub store is usually great! I love the guy that regularly works there, he helps me as soon as I walk in, he has many different styles, he even can tell you what scrubs will fit you best individually! Unfortunately I was super disappointed when the guy who usually there went on vacation. The woman who was supposed to be covering for him never showed up to open the store!!! The gate was halfway open but nobody was answering the phone so I called the other location in queens to see if it would be opening. I was told the store would be opening and the person was running a few minutes late. A few minutes turned into two whole hours of me waiting for the store to open along with other customers waiting outside the store. When another customer finally decided to call the other location they told him that the store would not be opening at all for the day. So I wasted 2 hours and was late for work because I had to find another scrub store with the pants I wanted! The only thing making me return to the store is the regular guy who is there. Point is if I don't see that guy in the store I won't even bother going in. read more

Good merchandise. But I ordered an item on June 15th and was told it would be delivered the week after. It is July 9th and have yet to see the item. I have called the store 3-4 times, and each time I am told the item will be delivered or I will get a call back - neither has happened. I did think the store manager was genuinely nice; hope this is an aberration. read more

Had to get scrubs on a budget for a film shoot and USA had a great selection! The friendly owner was very helpful, assisting me in sizing, color, style and fabric. The location was convenient, very close to the subway stop. I imagine it's perfect for those working in medical in the Washington Heights area.
