The hat was white and it arrived with a stain on the top and the white was as if it had been sprayed painted and I couldn't touch it without the white getting all over everything. Some transfer has been known to happen but this way crazy. The day it was received I sent a picture clearly showing the larger stained in the tip where the hat was discolored. Almost like a clear oil stain. Their response was literally well there is nothing we can do. Not hey we are sorry we can help get you a replacement. Not hey don't worry you can return the hat for zero shipping and we can t get a new hat ordered. Nope. For the price you can literally buy a hat if this quality online for 1/4 or less of price. Given their attitude, lack of service and poor price to quality I ended up just buying a hat with a competitor and I couldn't be happier.

I have always been a fan of the DSW Shoes store locations I have visited and this store was no…read moreexception to that. This was my first visit to this location and I enjoyed it. I was greeted by the employee at the cashier station as I entered the store. She asked me if I was familiar with the layout of the store and I told her I was. She them told me to just let her or one of the other associates know if I needed any assistance. I made my way over to the Men's Shoe Section and began looking for a pair of dress shoes. I found a really nice pair of Florsheim shoes that was almost $30 off their regular price. I said, "Sold!". I was really surprised the store was not busier this close to Christmas, so if you are not one who likes crowds, this may very well be a store you might want to check out!

Totally cool guys and got the job done…read more I brought in my 3 year old essentials trunk plus with some zipper damage maybe beyond repair and a slight crack on the side. I was thinking maybe they would give me some credit and I'll just buy a new one, I love Rimowa even though I felt it should have that crack from the first two months of use. But don't blame Rimowa, blame the airlines, they don't care even if you're the top status and worst because they allow me 70lbs per luggage and I fill it up, so too heavy perhaps. But anyways, Chi surprised me and said they are just going to replace it. Wow beautiful and an early birthday present for me 2/21! Angelo gave us a chinese new year gift as well, such another great surprise, and I'm the year of the snake! I work often in Dallas and will be back shortly.
