I recently purchased a straw Stetson for summer but wanted another straw option with a wide brim. I chose a Mexican palm Charlie Horse. I love this brand and Lainey's collab with them. The price point on this brand is always very friendly and you can grab several for the price of other hats. Service was exceptional. Very very cute store with such an impressive selection. Just like the straw I got, I have been admiring the handywork of the hat shapers there. I took a risk by ordering an unconventional color but the green looks great in different lighting and compliments just about every shirt I wear with it. Depending on the lighting it looks between gray, black, and green. A versatile and good looking hat that I plan on keeping for a while. American Hats for whatever reason tend to run small in felts, so order the next size up that you would wear with the straw. These hats ain't cheap so be prepared to drop quite a bit of money. Consider it an investment well worth the price.
