The biggest thing I appreciated was how trustworthy and friendly everyone was throughout the process. From start to finish, they made everything feel incredibly straightforward and stress-free. Nick was always very responsive and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. When our double door arrived, it was missing a hole, which was understandably concerning, but they immediately arranged for Alex to come out and fix it. It wasn't an easy adjustment to line up perfectly, but he did a great job and made sure I was happy before finalizing everything. The end result looks great, and we're very happy with the quality and service.

Jeff was the absolute BEST!…read more After being turned down by multiple handymen because my project was "too complicated," Jeff took what had become a mess of a purchase and turned it into our beautiful finished sign! Unfortunately, I had purchased individual, loosely wired letters that had no connections between them and no power box to plug them into an electrical outlet. Because we're located in a multi-unit building with adjoining walls, hardwiring the letters directly into the wall wasn't an option. Jeff figured it all out! He built a custom frame, wired all of the individual letters together, created a way to safely power the entire sign, and turned what seemed like an impossible project into exactly what I had envisioned. The finished sign looks absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. Jeff went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend him--especially if you have a project that requires some creativity and problem-solving! Thank you, Jeff! You truly saved the day!

David and his team at Action Window & Door are - simply put - AMAZING…read more I have no clue what any of these 1 star reviews are about. It is completely unfair to give a company a 1-star when a business replies with an answer you don't like - all it does is skew the rating on here and make *you* look bad - not the business. Anyway, rant over! I used Action Window for replacing my front door that was very beat up from being south facing in Lemon Grove and the previous home owner's 130 pound mastiff scratching and jumping all over it. It took a little bit of coordination to get everything finally ordered and installed, but that was on me as we were going pretty custom with the job. Come install day, the team was in and out in 3.5 hours and did a really amazing job. There was one tiny blemish that we overlooked, and David had it fixed the next day, and came out a few days later to do a final hands-on inspection. The price was super reasonable, and *way better* than anything that Home Depot or Lowe's quoted me. David and Dee and everyone there are really great and I would love to continue using them in the future.

I later met Malake who facilitated the transaction. Malake was wonderful and put the whole package together and was very good at keeping me updated with changes that might occur. I called her on the weekend in the evening and she still answered my call. Absolutely awesome. We ran into a small issue with sizing on a couple of windows from the window manufacturer and 360 Windows simply offered an upgrade to those windows that had the issue at no extra cost. Talk about taking care of your customers. Lastly there was a small hiccup with the screen door that didn't make it into the shipment for my sliding glass door. 360 windows contacted the manufacturer of the windows and for whatever reason it was further delayed. Not any fault of 360. I spoke to Lauren on a few occasions regarding the screen and she decided it was taking too long to get the screen from the manufacturer and Lauren contacted a local vendor that manufactures screen doors and sent them out to build a custom screen door since the original vendor was having issues. Much appreciated!! Everyone I encountered at 360 Windows was awesome. They were patient with all my questions and friendly, responsive, explained everything and informed me of any changes. The install team were punctual and really on top of the job. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend this company. Thank you all for a great experience.
