David also had a Project Manager backing him on the job, Clayton Vickery, who did a great job as well. The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. He called 2 days in advance and said that he might be able to come out even earlier than the appointment. Score! The day I was scheduled for was rainy. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s. And even though it was raining and he had other appointments to get to, he offered to give me an estimate on installing gutter guards. He measured every gutter around my house and garage and then got my email so he could send me the formal estimate. It came later that day. Such impressive service! I will definitely be using WCC for all my roofing and gutter needs. Fantastic company and employees!

I had invited at least a dozen contractors to bid on the job but elected to go with Rusty due to his overall expertise/experience, available options, and simply the comfort level I had with him. We had some odd angles to deal with on the home but he figured out a solution for all of them. His crew was reliable and showed up exactly when they said they would. Rusty tends to work on one project at a time so didn't have alot of competing interests when he was working on our home. We were the focus, which is how it should be. We built a custom home in Kirkwood 2 years ago, the siding installation by the builder was so bad we decided to replace it all, this experience made us extremely thorough selecting a company to rework the exterior of our home. We could not be happier with the work done by Exterior Siding Solutions, Rusty and his crew installed beautiful (insulated) vinyl siding, replaced all the gutters / downspouts, and did an artful job reworking the roofline gables and soffits. Rusty's focus on customer service was evident from the start, he made the material selection process easy, we chose CraneBoard Solid Core Insulated Siding, the quality and value of this product is outstanding. We understand all too well that the success of project like this is determined by the installation, the siding crew was highly experienced, and hardworking, Rusty was at the job site everyday to oversee all aspects of the installation and make sure we were completely satisfied. Exterior Siding Solutions is one of the finest companies I have work with, I recommend them without hesitation. Chris M. P.E

Now the j-channel and siding along several roof-to-wall intersections are significantly warping, buckling, and pulling away from the house. It's doing this on the front and back slopes of my home where the j-channel meets the shingles (see the additional photos I posted). My original review documents all the problems I had working with Stonebridge over the 7-months it took them to finish my project. Three months after the finish date, I'm now having more issues from the work they did. If you want your roof/siding job to go smoothly, be managed properly, and be installed correctly the first time, I highly recommend you look to another company. Although I appreciate Stonebridge standing behind their work, I do not recommend using them due to the poor installation and project management issues I've experienced working with them.
