Unfortunately, I learned mold only takes a day or two before prevalent spores can start spreading around your home. Plus, I knew there was previous water damage, so I knew I better call a mold removal company. I'm usually hesitant or skeptical to go with the first company or two I find, but because of my emergency to start repairs, I ended up going with Pure Maintenance. They came quickly, did an evaluation, and made the process simple. They helped me stop the root cause of the mold and found out where my initial water damage was coming from. I was concerned they'd end up tearing out more than what was necessary, but did a great job only attacking the problem. I had to have them come back out to make a couple adjustments, and they were happy to accommodate. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and would go with them again.

Huge thank you to Dan, Mike and Tiffany for their super fast response time mitigating the water damage caused by a bad sprinkler pipe - on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! Kids went downstairs after sprinklers had been turned on for a week to find water spraying from sprinkler system soaking the basement. Anatom had good reviews, have an A+ rating with the BBB and offered emergency service so I called and Tiffany answered the after-hours line. She literally had a team out here in an hour on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend!!! Dan came in, carefully reviewed the damage, explained my options and had Mike here withe the truck and equipment - fans and dehumidifiers - set up and running in no time. However, disaster struck again. When my insurance company opened on Tuesday, I discovered that my deductible was 1% of the house value, meaning any repairs would be covered out of my pocket! Dan immediately contacted management. Nate arrived that afternoon, as per my request, they retrieved the equipment. BUT, they didn't stop there and bid me farewell. Knowing that I wouldn't be able to use their services further - they still used their specialized measuring tools and informed me that all but one wall was dry. They provided me with instructions on what needed to be done for that wall, reminded me that they had already sprayed the antifungal spray on the carpet, and assured me that they would be happy to provide further information about the basement reconstruction process if needed. Talking about above and beyond service!!! They made sure my home was in the best shape possible and worked with me on payments. Folks - Anatom Restoration - 720-356-0945 is now on my phone for water emergencies, I've adjusted my insurance deductible, and I am confident I don't have a black mold problem! Great team to work with when everything else is going to crap! Thank you ANATOM!

WORST Contractors EVER!!!…read more Do not use this company. If I could give them -10 stars I would. We had a flood in a rental condo from the upstairs unit's bathtub, leaking down into the bedroom closet. We hired Anatom, because they had the most affordable rate (lesson learned!) They demo'd the flooring in the whole unit, including baseboards and the lower portion of the closet wall. I came to check on the work after they were finished. It was the WORST FLOORING JOB I've ever seen in my life. The grout in the kitchen tile was thick in places, thin in places, black in places, and every shade of gray you can think of in all the other places. It was dirty looking with grout smeared all over the tiles. The LVP had GAPS in between planks in the hall closet. The worst part is the baseboards, that are NOT MADE OF WOOD. I don't know what substance they are, but definitely not wood. It feels almost chalky. There are huge dings and dents in the baseboard in the closet, because it's a crumbly material. The trim they used for under the kitchen cupboards above the tile looked like pieces of 6 different random wood leftovers, that they tried to piece together. Part of the trim pieces were made of Balsa wood! The caulk in the bathroom between the floor and the bathtub was a tan color (floors are darkish wood, tub it white), and was bubbled. It looks like a 3rd grader did it. I met the contractors out at the property to point out all the problems. The 2 that showed up did not speak much English, so it was impossible to chat with them about what needed fixed. I pointed to the horrible grout job, and he said "My brother did it". Now why is his brother doing it? Does his brother work there? I couldn't relay that question to them, as it got lost in translation. My husband called them to tell them to come back and fix everything. They did and I went a 2nd time to check. Nope. The grout was better, but now there was a mysterious hard, sticky substance on the LVP in the bedroom, that I could not remove with cleaner or by scrubbing. Baseboards are still the same cheap, weird, non-wood material. Chunks are still missing from the baseboards in the closet. Trim in kitchen is now even more mis-matchy. Transition to the kitchen has a huge seam practically in the middle of the transition, with no attempt at caulking it. My husband called a 2nd time to have them come back. Now it's the 3rd time they're coming out to fix their sloppy job, and our tenant said they never showed. Anatom claims they did. I see nothing repaired. This time I called the 3rd time to have them come back (which would be the 4th repair, but is really the 3rd because they didn't show up prior), and Ehud says he's done coming. He paid his contractors and won't pay them anymore to come fix their mistakes. Ehud claims my husband was happy with the job. Absolutely not. NO ONE would be happy with that job. My husband just wasn't being confrontational. He wanted them to fix it, so he was using the bees with honey method. I truly think this was their very first flooring job they had ever done. It had to be. It was truly the worst job I've ever seen. The materials they used (baseboards, kitchen trim, transition) were just cheap parts, and random extra pieces they pieced together. They certainly weren't legit materials purchased at Home Depot or something like that. You can tell they were just trying to save money. I'll post the pics here if possible. Ehud says the problems were "minor", and only look bad if you blow up the pics. TRUST ME - Stay away! Call a reputable company that knows how to lay floors.

Joel is no longer with Lallier. I got the inspection report from the insurance company and it shows the roof general condition is poor-fair. I contacted Lallier and talked to their service manager, David Baker. He went out and said he repaired the leaks by placing some polyurethane sealant to seal the two pitch pans that were open. However, he did not seal the opening at the AC unit where the report said was a possible leak source. I called and talked to him and told him that the report estimated the roof age to be 15 years old even though they just replaced it a little over 2 years ago, it shows that the roof was in poor-fair condition and that there is no ice/water shield, the gutter they put on 2 years ago is already in fair condition, and there is only a single layer of ply membrane with no felt, the photos show the water is soaking throughout the roof everywhere and the parts where the water is pooling are in poor condition. David said it's because the materials shrunk and it's dipping down and blame it on the structure and that it will cost me $1500 to fix the part where the water is pooling. I told him Joel told me the material they used were of premium quality and it would not leak for 20 years and that I called the manufacturer and they told me Lallier got only the material warranty for me which was free for them to get and did not get a warranty with labor. This means they were being cheap. If they had told me that it would cost me more to get a warranty with labor, I'd have paid it. I told David he should have repaired where the part of the roof struction is dipping down for me at no charge and place the ice/water shield on it so to protect it from future damages. He said he will look at the report and call me back. I called and left a message and emailed him and have not heard from them. Don't hire these guys. The insurance rep told me most the roof jobs in the Denver areas should last at least 5 years without any problems. Their website give you reasons to hire them and they all are not true or do not apply to your case if you hire them. The only time you'd know there is a problem since you're not a roof expert is when there is a problem and then they don't fix it for you. I will go on Google review, Facebook and anywhere else I can find to let people know the shoddy jobs they do and will let the BBB know so they do get the A+ rating and cannot put that on their website anymore. If they do, I will contact the secretary of state of Colorado and complain to them for misleading advertising.

I was quoted $155 as a minimum charge and encouraged to schedule a date for carpet cleaning. I was told that I would receive the true estimate after a representative visited my home the same day as the cleaning. I asked for an estimate before the scheduled date so that I wouldn't be surprised by increased changes and forced into making an on the spot decision based on a potential higher price. The estimate date was scheduled. When Andrew from Chem Dry came over he was using his laser tool to accurately measure the square footage and we discussed the cleaning. The reality was, it would've been about one room and a third to clean just the carpets. I live on the first floor and showed him where other companies had accessed my apartment. He indicated there wouldn't be any issues with access and told me the estimate I would receive should be very much in line with the initial quote of $155 but maybe, just a little above. After confirming an actual time of the cleaning, I felt assured the quoted amount would be very close to the amount I heard both on the phone and by the in-person representative. Later that evening, I received the official estimate. It was 35% higher...over $200. Included was this "access fee" of $95 which I was never told about or told to expect! Truly a shock! When I called the Chem Dry offices to discuss the estimate, I was told by the manager that they have a higher cost of doing business, have already invested money in my job by nearly providing an estimate etc. I countered by stating what I was quoted, what I was told in person and reminded the manager of my limited square footage. I offered to increase my payment from the initial $155 to $175 (which was very generous considering the area to be cleaned). The manager decided to stick to his figure of over $200 and so, I declined the service. The caution I wish to provide is not to accept a same day estimate as the cleaning to avoid decision pressure and to ask about possible hidden/undisclosed costs before scheduling. I am very disappointed at their hidden/undisclosed costs that were never mentioned on the initial call or during the visit for the estimate. This was a waste of my time and Chem Dry is a company that I am now reluctant to recommend. Incidentally was able to schedule another national company that I've used before for 60% less.
