My mom and I have been doing our nails here since I was a teenager back in high school and I'm 23…read morenow! We would always enjoy our time here and our nails. I have over 100 pictures of designs and colors I've done with both Tom and lieu and I've always loved them. We always get treated like family by both Tom and lieu and till this day we keep in touch via social media. They watched me grow up from a teenager to young adult to even getting married! I haven't been able to go back as I live so far away from Hialeah but I hope to one day visit back and do my nails just like old times. I have nothing but good things and love for these two and for their business which they manage amazingly. Tom is know for his jokes and laughs and lieu is known for her amazing skills in designs. I have not been able to find a salon that does it like they do :)

I usually do my nails with Lynn, but today the owner, gentlemen with the sleeve tattoo, did my nails and they came out amazing. The whole staff of very kind and attentive and you can tell that the owner takes pride in his work. Such attention to detail, such a great personality and so eager to please. I was their last customer and he did my nails like I was the first customer this morning. Simply PERFECT and as I stated before, I am VERY PICKY. Thank you!!

I was visiting from out of town and had limited time in the area so I appreciated them accommodating me on short notice. The technician who started my service was very kind, but she mentioned a few times that she wasn't feeling well. Out of concern, I told her she could skip the polish and stop early. Later, I regretted that decision and called back to see if I could return to have the polish applied. The receptionist was not particularly friendly, but eventually agreed I could come back the next day, Sunday. When I returned, the overall vibe was a bit off. The receptionist and the new technician seemed cold, and it felt like there may have been some internal discussion about the situation. Nonetheless, the service was completed. Unfortunately, by today, Monday (7/14), the polish on one of my toenails has already chipped, which is frustrating so soon after the appointment. When I used to live in Miami Lakes and when I come to visit, I typically go to the other location by Veterans Park and see Magalys, and I've always had great experiences with her. They were unfortunately booked for the rest of the weekend. While I've had consistently positive experiences at their other location, this visit was disappointing by comparison.

I personally do my hands elsewhere but will 100% take the trip to come do my pedicure here with her. Not to mention they use hot stones (if you select that pedicure package $) and I left like I was on cloud nine!!! They truly excel in the extra service add ons that they offer.
