I called 305 nail spa, and was able to get an appointment around 7PM on a weekday. Since then, this has become my regular spot to get my hands and toe nails trimmed. The technicians have been very friendly and accommodating, even fitting in a 9 PM appointment for me even on short notice. Yes, even like the "big boys" they offer wine and or coffee while you are getting your spa service. Prices are very reasonable especially when you factor in the hours they open. I was immediately greeted and shown to a chair and offered a color pallet to choose from. Adianez was my tech for the first visit, and while she was very nice, I don't speak Spanish fluently, so communication was difficult, especially since I had to show her the technique for reptile nails using blooming gel. I recently came back for another plain red set and was assigned a different tech Heydi, who was visibly frustrated when she couldn't achieve the sharp stiletto shape I was requesting, and passed me off to Adianez since she had done my last set. The salon doesn't feel welcoming, especially when the techs seem annoyed and don't pay as much attention to detail as I have become accustomed to with my last long-term tech. My nails always break as well and retention isn't great - I had to come back in to get a nail fixed for each set (for which they charge $7) and since my last nail fix on my current set, three more nails have broken. I'm pretty disappointed, and don't recommend this salon if you are particular about your nails/nail art and want nails that last.

She always answers my texts promptly to book appointments, speaks English, and is great at translating if needed. She is typically there, which is helpful in this appointment-only salon. The salon is small but always clean, and they are constantly busy, so be sure to book ahead. Prices are very fair for the quality of service you receive. I get a gel manicure and regular pedicure, and my nails typically last three, sometimes even four weeks, which is crazy. My nails have never been so long and healthy. As an extra touch, they serve Cuban coffee, which I absolutely love. If you are looking for an affordable, clean salon with great customer service, this is your place.
