I asked for a design (I'll post the design vs what I got) and it was a simple design. I requested dip with tip. She didn't buff out the nails or do the cuticle part. The shape was just messy all around. I stepped out and had to come back because it was just so bad. See pictures. I paid $70 for just nails. That's ridiculous in Hialeah! And they were just horrible. So when I went back they weren't even empathetic or apologetic. They just said ok come back when you're ready to get them redone. I went back after work and the manager Jennifer did my nails. She's pretty good however, not even a week later the paint started chipping. She didn't even use dip. She used gel which wasn't what I asked for

The lady that waxed my eyebrows was told by me to not pull so hard because I have sensitive skin. Well, she continued to pull the strip hard anyways despite me telling her not to, and left a big scar under my eye. When I called for my refund they told me if I'm not satisfied with the service to not come back. They were not apologetic at all. And offered no apologies. I'm appalled by their unprofessionalism.

I felt like my nails were in very bad shape from the last salon I was going to, but Lia and the other women did not judge me. They really helped me bring life back to my nails! The salon itself was so lovely! I'm usually very shy, but they still made me feel at home. They kindly offered me something to drink right away. Of course espresso after working a night shift at the hospital was the right choice. The salon just felt like women having fun together! Loved it! Plus, everything was so clean! They took the time to carefully remove all the excess product from the old salon off my nails. They explained everything and the difference between products to me. I felt confident trying Luminary for the first time with them! Lia did an amazing job providing me a Russian manicure before applying Luminary. My nails have never looked so healthy!! All the artists are versed in the latest trends such as chrome, Cateye, and can do complex designs. There's also a hairstylist on site along with an eyebrow/lash technician.
