Quickly headed on over, very clean place, everyone was super nice. The lady who did my pedi did a fabulous job and Ben who did my nails was also fantastic. Honestly, top notch work from top notch professionals. This place is unmatched & the ownership is like no other. I have been loyally coming to Na for the last 5 years for my acrylic sets. The artwork is all hand drawn & I get asked daily who does my nails. I am a chef so my sets need to be able to withstand rough terrain, & they always do! I came here on a Tuesday and it wasn't that bad of a wait but they recommend to make an appointment online. It's through their Instagram page and seem easy for next time. I was doing gel nails but not sure what design to do this time because I am so indecisive. Nancy, patiently, helped me decided between 3 options. I ask her to help me choose, and we decided on Gucci to match my new purse. I love it! It is simple, elegant, and classy. Come and check it out. They are in Hialeah in the sedanos shopping center behind the old Latin America and by Jerry and Joes. Where the towels are almost as hot as the girls, where they play Bad Bunny and Selena Gomez, and have cheap Asian massages - stone massages, you pervs!! This is my favorite nail Salon. As soon as you come in they greet you with a smile. They have vision and the talent to acomplish their visions. If you dont like something they redo it, the enviorment is clean and friendly and offer an array of services that leave you feeling like a whole new person. I was looking for a salon with great reviews to do a pedicure. I found Omnia Nails Spa, saw their great pictures and review, and that they were close to where I live. It was around 3 pm when I called and asked if I could walk in, and Yes! They had availability. So I did just that. I walked in and was greeted straight away. I was helped by the current manager and I regret that I did not ask for her name. She was very friendly, professional and did a great job! She also showed me pictures of the salon's previous look. It has undergone a transformation, and although they are not finished it looks a thousand times better already. And what I liked most was the amount if colors to choose from. There were so many gel and dio colors, more than I have seen at other sals. Will definitely be returning to this little corner of Hialeah. read more

Jimmy did my nails over all it was great service I was a walk in and was still greeted and attended immediately on Mother's Day weekend which is unheard of in Hialeah. They greeted me and took me right away and was serviced by Laura in which I was very satisfied especially during that time frame 6:00 but when I showed her what design I wanted that's when it all went downhill. I'm not a person who likes to be rude towards the person who does my nails but I expect quality service as any other client will. Needless to say she did not deliver. One of the owners saw that I was not comfortable with her work and took over and did my design how I wanted them. Took 2 tries with Laura and just once with the owner... left out of the nail salon around 8.... Sorry but even with the discount that they provided me I just won't be coming back here and stick to my nail lady whose a professional at her craft. read more

I went to this nail salon last week Saturday. I wanted to try dip for the first time because, I was going on a trip and wanted my manicure to last. Horrible service , the nails suck. A guy named Jeremy actual name being PHUONG NGUYEN did my nails? They came out horrible. I first called the nails spot and asked if they did APRES nails , they had told me yes so I went. Once I got there I asked the guy if they did Aprés again & he said yes. He stared doing my nails & I notice he wasn't doing Aprés so i showed him what it was he kept saying that yes that was Aprés. I tell him it's not CLEARLY HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT APRÉS IS , he stared to glue the tips which were actually acrylic tips . Not the Aprés ones . He then starts saying that it's gel what I'm asking for which clearly I know what I want and it wasn't that. He puts this acrylic powder which he calls "gel powder " I tell him again that that is not what I want & he keeps doing them. Long story short I left the place & came back & asked for half of the money of the nails back . Bc I understand that he spent time on it & product . He tells me he's not going to give me half bc that's what I wanted which clearly wasn't I asked for the owners name and he didn't want to give me it .Super horrible experience I wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy.
