I love getting my nails, pedi and lashes done there. I come all the way from Broward. But if your…read moregoing to go make sure it's early and before the nail techs wild, loud, no home training kids get there from school. They run up and down making noise. That part disturbs my peace.

I came into the salon today expecting to get my nails and pedicure done. My usual nail technician,…read moreJhasseling, was on vacation, so I asked for Danay. I was then told that Danay was also unavailable and would not be back until Wednesday. I completely understood and asked if another nail technician could take care of me. There were several nail technicians gathered together, so I asked if anyone was available to do my pedicure. I was told/led to the pedicure area and waited, but no one came to service me. I also asked whether a specific technician could do my nails after her 10:30 a.m. appointment. I was simply trying to find a solution and was willing to work around their availability and mine. What happened next was extremely disappointing. The owner came over and told me that none of the technicians wanted to do my nails because they said I was "picky." I was shocked because I have never been serviced by any of those technicians. I only know two technicians at this salon, and neither of them was available that day. I explained that they may have been confusing me with another customer, but instead of clarifying the situation or trying to resolve the misunderstanding, I was left feeling as though I was being judged and rejected based on something I had allegedly done with people who had never even done my nails. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a business deciding that a particular client is not the right fit, but there is a professional and respectful way to handle that situation. Telling a customer that several employees "don't want to do your nails because you're picky," especially when those employees have never personally serviced that customer, is incredibly inappropriate. The owner was calling all of their names and they ignored her repeatedly and would not get up or respond. I was flexible from the beginning. I accepted that my regular technician was unavailable, asked for another technician, and ultimately said anyone could do my pedicure. I was sitting in the pedicure chair waiting to be serviced, yet no one came. I was not demanding a particular person or refusing to work with anyone. I was simply trying to receive the services I came in for. I ultimately left without receiving any service. What bothers me most is not that my preferred technicians were unavailable. Things happen, people take vacations, and schedules change. What is unacceptable is being treated as though I was a problem customer based on an apparent misunderstanding, without anyone taking the time to verify whether they had the right person. A customer who has never been serviced by these technicians should not be labeled or dismissed based on hearsay or mistaken identity. At the very least, I expected basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unwelcome and embarrassed, and I will think twice before returning. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they have done nothing wrong. Even if I have communicated in the past to MY NAIL tech issues with my nails we have that relationship and not all days are good days sometimes I may address my nails in a respectful way and sometimes I may not like my nails but still pay and leave a tip and worry about it next time. I'm paying for a service and should be satisfied and I don't always complain about my nails it's my nails tech why would I keep coming back if I'm not satisfied and I've been going here over 3 years...
