Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. They removed grim but missed a few silverware drawers. The dispatcher had allotted 2 to 3 hours for the job even after I told him my tenants had trashed the place. The next day I call the rep and he sent me pictures of their work. He told me remember them for any additional work. 271 dollars later it was done. I might not use them again..... I'm being sarcastic.

Ordered for a deep clean of my parents house. I wasn't satisfied. I explained it was an older…read moredisabled persons home and that it needed some very specific things - floors bathrooms etc. They started out strong it seemed, turning over the couch and cleaning behind it but when I went back to the living room I saw areas of dust that hadn't been touched. I requested they return to finish that section. In the dining room, after they left I noticed that the chandelier hadn't been touched. There was a plumber in that morning that went over time, so I don't fault them at having a delay but they asked for another half hour to finish the kitchen. Many things were cleaned but the floors where they dipped under the cabinets for a few inches looked untouched. The lead said she sprayed degreaser but didn't have time to clean the area - they left 10 minutes earlier than what I paid for. I would prefer they finished the job. The bathroom windows weren't cleaned even though that was a request. I feel like the job should have been quoted instead of an hourly. The team seemed to want to get out of there in lieu of finishing the job properly. When I complained they told me they sent a team of 3 instead of two that was quoted and that had I gotten 2 or would have taken a longer time so I should be happy. The 3 rd person was clearly a trainee or newer as she didn't have initiative and had to keep asking what to do and just standing around waiting for an order. Lastly, I speak some Spanish but there was no English and there was a lot of photo taking and laughter that felt like they were judging the state of my parents home. I had cleaned and organized for a month before hiring them so felt it was in better shape but needed a DEEP cleaning - that to me means getting under the cabinets in the kitchen floor.

They came fully prepared with all their own supplies, which made everything so convenient. Every corner of the house was given attention, and it was clear they took pride in their work. From scrubbing hard-to-reach areas to leaving the floors shining, they exceeded all expectations. The photos attached are the most dramatic areas of improvement, but even in the kitchen counters and cabinets that looked decently clean to me before, are now absolutely spotless and look brand new! The pricing was very fair for the exceptional quality of service provided. The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me! My parents were so happy with how everything turned out, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care and effort this team put into making their home feel like new again. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and professional cleaning service!

Her team was on time, cleaned the house from top to bottom, making appliances that the previous owners had left in a filthy state look like new. This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

He is thoughtful and considerate of each client's space, recognizing it as a place of peace and well-being, which was the exact opposite of what my apartment had become. It's been an incredibly difficult year, and challenges continue to arise, but Tim gave us a fresh start--an immense weight lifted from our bodies and the chance to breathe again. A couple of minor things for next time: while the apartment is stunningly clean, there were a few spots where the team seemed to "tap out". Some items were placed in unexpected locations--like reusable shopping bags inside the open space of the TV console, shower products left scattered, coat racks and dog harnesses still unorganized even though I sent a picture of that space to be cleaned, and kitchen spices mixed with glassware despite Tim mentioning it to his staff before they started. These are very nitpicky details and honestly not significant. If you want a solid deep clean -- Tim's your guy!!! What matters most is that I wanted a beautiful, clean space, and Organic Tim's went above and beyond to deliver that. They even rearranged some furniture, transforming this space from a reminder of chronic illness, stress, and exhaustion into a space where my family and I can come together and live fully. This space is now a home. Thank you, Tim! See you next time!

We could not be happier with the results. Every square inch was cleaned and polished. It was as if we had walked into a brand new house that had been shrink-wrapped from a factory. It had that "new house" smell that was clean and clear but not overpowering. We are looking forward to having Organic Tim's come and clean our house every month!

Our project lasted for six days at eight hours per day which seemed long but it was well worth it. He also used commercial air purifiers and Hep-a vacuums which was greatly appreciated. Our experience with Elite Supreme Cleaning was flawless, pricing was more at a premium rate compared to others, but it matched the quality of service that Patrick and his crew delivered.
