He was an incredibly nice, no pressure manager who gave us his honest opinion on what would work best in our home. He had beautiful display pieces and the entire time made us feel at ease. He never rushed us out, never cared for us to ask questions and didn't try to discount his stuff 60% "if I bought it today" (unlike many others in the are) Omar does all the installs and he did it amazing care and precision. He didn't rush and spent his time making sure each part of the install was perfect. When there was a small issue, he drove back to resolve right away and did not go until it was remedied. I can not compliment the entire process enough. If you want an honest shop that truly cares about your home and concern, Omar and Chandliers International is the place to go

I am the homeowner's wife, and we installed more than 48 light fixtures through this company…read more During the installation process, just one day after installation, a part of the fixture broke and fell, hitting my son. Thankfully, it did not cause serious injury, and at that time we chose not to escalate or take any legal action. However, the main chandelier is still defective -- bulbs continue to fall off, which is unsafe and unacceptable. Since it is installed on a very high ceiling, this is not something we can fix ourselves and requires proper warranty service. We have contacted the company 4-5 times, but they only make promises and never follow through. After receiving full payment, their lack of responsibility is extremely disappointing. If this issue continues to be ignored, we will have no choice but to share our full experience, including related photos, to accurately reflect the situation

Rita Engelhardt Relationship: Client…read moreProject Date: November 2019 Project Price Range: more than $100,000 My husband and I embarked on a total renovation of a 1960s home in late 1998. We wanted a designer involved early in the process. I saw an ad for Eklektik Interiors and was impressed by their style - I called to make an appointment. We were very fortunate that Stephanie Vaughn was assigned as our designer. Stephanie was instrumental in assisting us with locating and making selections of designer materials - saving us countless hours. She was very attentive to our ideas and comments. We both love design; therefore this was very important to us. She is great at interpreting an idea and making it happen! Stephanie proved to be a great mediator between husband and wife, between homeowner and contractor, and at times, between contractor and subs. Her involvement was extremely helpful to my husband and I in keeping the construction ball rolling. Her soft approach to problem-solving is truly a gift. With our vision and Stephanie's input and expertise, we truly achieved the "wow" factor and now live in a showcase home. Visitors aren't sure of what to look at first because we created so many interesting design elements in the house. Stephanie is a real asset to the design industry. We would definitely use her again in future projects.

I was a bit apprehensive of how I would be received due to the previous review and I could not have had a different experience. I was warmly greeted upon immediately entering. They have an amazing selection of really cool house decor, rugs, pictures, knick knack paddy whacks. They also have free design fridays once a month where you can meet with their designers.

Well since these people do not respond to our emails and calls, maybe negative reviews will get…read moresome kind of response from them. Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. We ordered cubicles and office tables and a conference table for our office and we asked for brand new. They told us 4 weeks for cubes and 8 weeks for desks and conference table. We paid the deposit so we could get the ball rolling and they told us it would be completed on a Thursday. When they finally showed up to install the cubicles, we looked and found out that they sent us refurbished instead. On top of that when they came to install they didn't even have everything prepared. They installed a portion of it one day and then over the period of a couple weeks now, we are still waiting for them to install some pieces. Every time we try to call or email or text, they just completely ignore us.(except when we call the main # because a receptionist has to answer that call) We have been asking for the past couple of weeks what the status is for our order and it seems like John(CEO) is too busy to handle our calls. I understand he is busy since he is the CEO, but if he is busy, he should not have sold us the furniture himself. He should have passed the sale to one of his sales people instead, because at least maybe they would respond to our calls/emails. We placed our order sometime in the beginning of July, and now here it is almost September and they still have not finished our order yet. . I know that according to their timeline it still has not been completely 8 weeks for the tables, but the fact that cubes are still not completed give me very little hope that our office tables and conference table will be even come within the next week. I have tried to email them about the status of this, and of course no response. Will never do business with this company again.
