When one of our frame choices became unavailable, they called and invited us back to look at the replacement before moving forward. I really appreciated that care and communication. He even let me put up a flyer for our guitar festival, which was such a nice gesture. Beautiful framing, thoughtful service, and genuinely nice people. Highly recommend Julian and HTX Frames!

Dramatika sells quirky cards, wall art, little knicknacks, and unique posters (affordable too). My nephew loved all the Stranger Things, Star Wars and astronomy wall art I've gifted him over time. So yes, this is a custom framing shop. And the owner and his staff *know* custom framing. Talked with the owner who told me how he first got into the biz (he is an artist himself). But if you ever need a unique gift, stationary or, yes, framing, pop into this Heights store.

This piece is incredibly special to us because it represents a wonderful memory from a meaningful time in our lives, and we wanted it displayed in a way that truly honored its beauty and significance. The service was excellent from start to finish. They listened carefully to our vision, offered thoughtful guidance, and treated the project with genuine care. We were impressed by the selection of framing options and materials available, which made it possible to create a presentation that complemented the scarf perfectly. The finished framing exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and care that went into the presentation were outstanding. They transformed something we will always treasure into a gorgeous piece of art that we can enjoy in our home for years to come. The value was excellent as well, especially considering the quality of the workmanship and the personalized service. It's clear that they take great pride in their work and understand that some pieces are about much more than what's inside the frame--they're about the memories and stories behind them. If you're looking for exceptional custom framing, a wonderful selection, quality workmanship, and people who genuinely care about doing things right, I highly recommend Davis Hardware & Picture Framing. We couldn't be happier with the result and will absolutely return for future framing projects!
