What a great breakfast! We came in right before the rush, so the timing was perfect. When we arrived they checked our COVID certificate and we grabbed a table since we weren't sure what we wanted. When we were ready to order we ordered at the counter. My husband got a breakfast beer and myself a mint tea. For food we got the chorizo bagel and the chicken nachos bagel. We didn't know what to expect with the chicken nachos bagel, but we wanted to find out. After we ordered we realized that we could order from a QR code at the table. Oh well. The drinks were brought to the table and we relaxed while waiting for our food. There was a dog at the table next to us! So cute. They brought our food and the NACHO BAGEL! So delicious. I wanted to order a second one. My husband said his chorizo bagel was okay, but was defo jealous of my bagel. It had chips on it which was a fun surprise and the chicken was really deliciously seasoned. One downside is it was a little chilly inside so I never took off my coat. We did have a seat near the door, so it's possible if we were farther inside we would have been warmer. read more

Tucked down a cobblestone side street in beautiful Bruges, they've got everything a girl could need: friendly baristas, free WiFi, almond milk, and a complimentary cookie with your latte. Mediocre coffee. We had a nice seat outside to people watch. We both ordered flat whites, and they were just ok. Quality was not great. Great coffee place in Bruges. Just what we were looking for. The staff were very nice, great atmosphere and the Mocha Latte was amazing.

We came in for brunch and got bagels and tea. One was smoked salmon and cheese bagel another was cheese + tomato + arugula bagel. Both bagels were very tasty. As for the tea, they had a very unique tea pot. They used loose tea leaves and brew it in hot water in the pot. The thing is, you don't pour the tea into the cups, but it has a hole on the bottom, so you put the pot on top of the cup and press down, then the tea would come down. This was one of the worst breakfast experiences I've ever had! Service was good when ordering but it took about 15 minutes to get served black coffee (which was not great) and over 30 to get our breakfast. Breakfast was eggs and bacon on a bagel which just was not good. The eggs tasted like instant eggs, which is a shame considering all the high quality ingredients elsewhere in Bruges. Very low quality ingredients and a tasteless finished product. I do think this cafe would be cool to sit in with friends and based off other reviews it looks like it used to be higher quality. read more

I would definitely recommend Li O Lait for its quirky atmosphere/interior and for the great tea, coffee and hot chocolate selection. However if you want to have lunch don't go here. They have a very limited menu with a breakfast and 3 bagels. 90% of the menu are drinks so that says it all... Bagels were fresh, with a lot of salad but it was pretty standard and overpriced in our opinion (€9 for a bagel). But would definitely go back to try their other coffees and chocolate milks. read more

The mocha latte was delicious and loaded with chocolate. I also really appreciated that it came with alphabet cookies and Werther's Originals. I found the decor of the cafe quite cozy and the staff were friendly. I'll definitely stop by again while in town. read more

Great coffee--cappuccinos are made very well--and the sweeter drinks are as you'd expect in a city that makes great chocolate. Underrated in a town frequented by tourists. Friendly service as well. read more
