The food has remained pretty consistent when coming there for takeout. They've soak hot spots inside you can eat at a table too. No sauce or condiments were provided at all, which left the rice and vegetables extremely dry. The vegetable preparation was also off. Instead of the typical thin, julienned vegetables that give bibimbap its signature texture, the cabbage was chopped into small pieces like diced onion. Even the pickled radish was chopped rather than julienned. Bibimbap is known for its neatly arranged, string-like vegetables -- this felt thrown together rather than thoughtfully prepared. I understand restaurants can put their own spin on dishes, but when key elements are missing and the fundamentals aren't there, it shouldn't be labeled as bibimbap. After giving multiple opportunities, I'm unfortunately done trying.
