But when he turned on our gas line when he was asked to turn on our water line, I think that did it. Poor Meredith had to be the communication channel for some frustrations we had along the way. She did a really good job of managing that. I wish there had been more accountability to Ferris when they finally removed him from our renovation basically at the end. I would use Meredith and so many of the people that work for Ferris again with nothing but confidence again if I could guarantee a few things would be different that would change the whole of the experience.

I had a small leak happening so Jesse's team came out and checked it out and decided it needed to be resealed. I have a flat roof, and these things happen. A week or 2 after the work was done, a water spot formed downstairs in my ceiling and I called them right away. They came out as soon as it stopped raining to check it out and fix it. They found out the problem was not my roof, but on my neighbors, so there's nothing they could do, right? Wrong, they worked out a deal to help us get my neighbors roof fixed immediately so that the problem would not get worse over the next 3 days of rain we are expecting I have no patience for dealing with home related problems, and I try to find companies that care about their reputation and the quality of their work for this exact reason. I'm sure I could have had it done cheaper, but no cheap labor is going to care enough to go as far above and beyond as Jesse and his team have. They are now solid on my holiday gift list and the only people I will call for roof problems.

The quote I received was detailed and specific with materials and I had the option of accepting parts or all, as I deemed needed. The work was done every day until finished except for a few heavy rain days. The work area was tarped if not completely done at the end of the work day. The work took the time estimated and the crew really went out of their way to overcome a lot of challenges. Best roofer I could hire and totally thrilled with a beautiful roof that no longer leaks.

This company just attempts to blow the leaves onto grass and tries to cut grass (instead of picking up and bagging the leaves). The problem is there is still tons of leaves left in the shrubbery and also many parts of the leaves blown onto the grass aren't fully cut, so they blow back onto the patio and other parts of the house. After talking with Alfredo (owner) on the phone, he tried to say that is how he does it. But this is OBVIOUSLY the lazy way to try and remove leaves from a property. SCOTT STARTS THE JOB AND IS ON SITE WITH HIS CREW EVERY DAY OF THE JOB AND WORKS ON "NO" OTHER JOBS EACH MON.-FRI. EXCEPT YOURS!! That rarely is the case. And you talk about "quality" work. The man is an artisan. Scott and his crew basically do all the work and sub out only a few minor items: glass and countertops the exceptions. I got four quotes for this work. Custom Creations was second lowest but only by a few thousand dollars. The lowest bidder wasn't interested in doing some of the "minor details" I wanted done. Instead, he provided helpful information. When I do replace my roof, I expect to use Yellowfin because of the high level of customer service.
