Was looking for a sauté pan with a glass lid. The staff explained that the glass lid was something that they don't normally stock as it is more of a retail item. I also believe it is better quality. Too bad I missed taking photos. I would say if you own a restaurant. They have it all.

This is a Pizza Section & Customer Service review…read more I looked @ Chef's Toys online for a # can rack. It had a Cambro product that fit my needs so dropped into the local store to see if they carried or could at least order. I asked a sales clerk about it, showed him the website with model number, but he wasn't sure if it would be available. He asked for my name and number to follow up so I gave him a business card. I have a hard time believing he NEVER called me back. I think CR does have a lot of products and it is fun to see all the toys we chefs like to play with. And yet as far as pizza is concerned I've been underwhelmed by their offerings for variety and depth. Now that's understandable. Not calling someone back is not understandable and on the verge of unforgivable. Of course it happens, but makes for such a poor reputation that why would you go back.

Once you're inside however, it can feel like you're away from the traffic and it gives off a very calming atmosphere. All the items are neatly and particularly placed. The store carries a variety of home products to self-care goods. Since it's a novelty store, you can expect that some of these items are not "budget-friendly." With that being said, you can tell that all of the items are of immense quality. They carry some noteworthy brands like Aesop and Kinto. If you're choosing to make a purchase just based on quality, you've made a great investment. I had a chance to speak to Arianne and she was well-informed about the products. I wasn't prepared to make a moderate purchase upon first visit, but I am keen on coming back! I only purchased their lip balm and it's currently my favorite product to use. If you're ever in the Long Beach area, I recommend paying this store a visit!

When I returned to my car, I noticed that one of the cups had a scratch on it. I walked back inside and told one of the guys, who immediately exchanged the cup for me. No questions asked! Since there is only one way in and out, you need to reverse out of the lot and into traffic if there is no where for you to park. While doing this, you also need to make sure you don't hit any of their pallets. Luckily, one of the employees helped direct me.
