We recently worked with Levon for an investment property purchase, and we could not be more pleased with the experience. This is our second time closing a deal with his help. What stands out the most is his ability to negotiate a deal! With his knowledge of the market, experience, timely communication, and most importantly negotiation skills he was able to get a deal that was way better than expected. Levon also helped us during inspection and even after purchase, and during remodeling with his network of professionals. Levon Yengibaryan recently helped us sell our townhouse in La Crescenta. Initially we had a lower price in mind, but as a market expert Levon suggested a price that was approximately 5% higher than what we had in mind. We also liked his marketing plan which included professional photos, 3D tour, video tour, professionally made property flyers, aggressive web advertising including social media. It took him only one Open House to generate multiple offers on the property. Levon is also a skilled negotiator and comfortably deals with other agents to protect his Client's interests. He was able to negotiate a rentback for us after closing FREE OF CHARGE! We would recommend Levon to anyone thinking about selling or buying real estate with no hesitation! Thank you Levon! read more

I have known Levon Yengibaryan for many years now and I have worked with him on multiple occasions. I am proud to say I consider Levon as my friend and every single transaction we do together he has my back, starting with writing the initial offer, negotiations, inspections and making sure the terms are acceptable to me. Purchasing our last property was challenging, and me being out of county made it even more difficult. Levon worked tirelessly with the seller and seller's agent, calling me with a report every couple of days. I had given up on the deal until miraculously he was able to bring everyone on the same page and get the deal done. One specific thing I would like to mention about this transaction: Levon was able to negotiate the price down $200,000 below asking price and he was able to negotiate Seller financing at an unbelievable rate that was significantly below today's market interest rates. If you are looking for a realtor who is a professional, a master negotiator and will listen to you for your needs and wants then I would highly recommend talking to Levon Yengibaryan, you will not be disappointed, he is a great guy to work with. read more

We had the privilege of working with Levon as our realtor when looking to purchase a home in San Fernando Valley in 2013. The service we received from Levon was exceptional. We could not have been happier with the service he provided to us. We found him to be meticulous and to the point. He would work around our schedule and would try to accommodate us in every way possible. He is very enthusiastic and energetic person and looks at every situation positively, which is what anyone in the tedious process of home buying needs. The process went smoothly as expected. He is always on top of things and won't leave you alone with unanswered questions.
