Chris listened to us closely and also suggested things to us that we had not thought about before. In hindsight, his strategy was exactly the right way to go. Chris is very hard working, a wonderful communicator, and very well connected to all the local vendors (painters, roofers, stager, inspectors, plumbers, etc...). For most of the preparation for sale and sale of our home, we were in another state and Chris handled everything smoothly, efficiently (fast!), and always kept in touch with us. We felt really good about Chris's counsel and strategy and he is also a very positive, warm, friendly person to work with. Chris's marketing is second to none. We were so happy with the staging, photography, professional video presentation (tour) with drone footage, floor plan sketch, and eloquent home description. We had over 100 people come through the week that Chris held open houses (4 open houses in one week), multiple offers, and in escrow by the next week. Escrow went smoothly, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Chris!

As you can see, we have experienced his incredible customer service skills both as a buyer and seller! We have nothing, but great things to say about Sam! Sam is extremely organized, prompt, friendly, efficient, thorough, and a great joy to work with. We love his high-energy his passion for his business and how he TRULY cares for his clients! Last Friday we put an offer on our dream home, and he stayed up with us until past 1:00 a.m. to prepare the packet to send to the seller's realtor. In fact, when he didn't hear from the seller's realtor, he would continue to push to find an answer. By Sunday evening, we were sent a counter offer along with two other potential buyers. By the next day, we heard our offer was accepted. On the 6th day of escrow he already scheduled a home and termite inspection. We also heard great news from our lender (House America Financial, Sam closely works with them on majority of his deals) on Friday that our loan will be approved no later than day 10 of escrow! If you are looking for a sharp, honest, extremely hard working, passionate, thorough, and prompt realtor, Saman (Sam) Sabeti is the guy for you! The lender he works with is in the top 1% of all loan originators in the U.S.! Trust us when we say that Sam and his team will work hard for you and ensure that escrow will be a seamless process! I highly recommend Sam as your go-to realtor for both your selling and buying needs! You won't regret it!
