Do you want a shady bully as your realtor? Well look no further. After pointing out that he put the wrong rent on our lease ($1700 higher than listed), Todd became rude and aggressive. When I told him I wanted to talk to him on the phone and ask him some questions about some things on the lease, he told me that he had other people interested in the apartment and would be happy to move on to someone else. I was just trying to do my due diligence. We were approved and loved the unit! But Todd's rude bedside manner was such a turn off, we didn't trust him enough to do the deal. Renter beware. Had to block his cell after he was rude to my wife EDIT: As you can see below, we got a response. As you can see, he wrote, " On a Sunday while I was spending time with my family, the reviewer wanted me to interrupt my day for a phone call after I had already answered more than 25 questions by email." Talk about comically misleading. First of all, it wasn't 25 questions. Yes we had questions (getting answers seemed to be triggering for Todd) but we also had REVISIONS. Many. Secondly, you'll see he directly quoted me ("See you on Yelp." Uh, yeah, Todd. That's what Yelp is for.), so here's a directly quoted exchange: ALEX: Hey Todd. You around today to discuss the lease? Or should it wait til tomorrow. Sorry to bug on a Sunday TODD: Can discuss as long as it's text or email. ALEX: It can wait til tomorrow then. I'd rather it be a call. Thank you. TODD: We need to get this wrapped up if you guys are serious about the unit. In addition to the other top applicant I'm still getting none stop calls and requests to show. Landlord is happy with either but your credit is higher than the other. But if you guys aren't happy with the terms we can move on to them. Yo. What?! I did not "interrupt [his] day for a phone call." I LITERALLY told him twice it could wait until Monday. And the second time I did (trying to accommodate HIS schedules, not mine), he burst into a bullying tirade that made it clear he was not interested in hearing what I had to say. Here's another direct quote when we had questions about the extreme move-in costs for a $3500 apartment. "So instead of you writing a check to the landlord for 11,500 and then her having to cut me a check for my commission, we conveniently pass the hassle on to you as the tenant." COOL!!! Amazing that he would say in his response to me that he represents that landlord not the tenants. He represents the landlord but he makes sure the tenants are the ones that pay him. GREAT STUFF, TODD! I stand by my review. Todd was needlessly aggressive when we had innocent questions. I would rather continue my apartment search then sign a legally binding contract that this guy had anything to do with. Oh, and Todd's snippy comment about his job being to "weed out weak candidates," why did you offer it to us? We walked away, not you. We both have credit scores in the 800s. Yeah, we're terrible candidates. Finally, I have screengrabs of all these quotes. read more

My family and I had been looking for a fixer upper second home in the Glendale/Burbank/Pasadena area for quite a while. And unfortunately, NONE of the Real Estate websites had reliable or accurate information and most of the listing agents either didn't return our calls or were super flaky. We were really starting to get frustrated with the buying process (or lack thereof) but when we met Todd...it was almost like our luck changed... He was referred to us by a family friend and what a blessing that was! His online client portal was incredibly helpful and was a huge time saver. Surprise, surprise, as with any real estate transaction, the back and forth negotiations were fierce and we were up against something like 11 or 12 other offers. Sweet Jesus. What is this Million Dollar listing?!? Lolll...But Todd completely pulled through for us in the end and was able to get us the house for a phenomenal price and made the process as stress-free as possible. Dare I say fun? Haha! We couldn't be happier with his professionalism and can't wait to work with him again. Thanks again, Todd!! read more

Todd is like the Larry H. Parker of the real estate world; he will FIGHT for you! In this extremely competitive market, there are usually multiple buyers per home. Todd knew exactly how to present an offer that would catch the seller's eye and get us the best deal! My father and I wanted to buy a second house this past year, but were a little iffy about the course. A friend of mine told me about her amazing experience with her fantastic agent and referred us to Todd. He was both knowledgable and supportive throughout the entire transaction. It really helped having someone in our corner who knew all the ins and outs of not only buying a home, but the lending aspect of the deal as well. He's truly a one stop shop! His biggest asset, however, is how incredibly nice and accessible he was to me and my dad every day. We've worked with a few agents in the past who have been somewhat pushy and manipulative, but Todd was neither of those things! He and his entire team were wonderfully helpful and professional, answering all of our questions and making the whole process a lovely buying experience! Thanks a bunch to everyone at Todd Bazik Real Estate! read more

I contacted Todd when I wanted to purchase a fixer earlier this year. I have purchased before, but the process isn't exactly easy so I still had a lot of questions and was unsure about certain aspects of the process. I wanted a real estate agent that I felt was going to be on my side and was honestly looking out for my best interests. Specifically when it comes to determining if the home is worth the price considering the amount of work that needs to be done. I found those qualities and more in Todd. His team made everything incredibly easy. Not only does he know the business inside and out, he knows how to work with people and solve conflicts. He successfully negotiated with the seller and her agent and communicated with me every step of the way. It really felt like I was his number one priority. Todd and his team are a joy to work with and genuinely care about the people they are representing. I would recommend him to anyone looking for honest representation. read more

I've known Todd for 15 years. He's a stand up guy. We've done two real estate transactions together, both times I represented the buyer on the lending side. Give him a call, let him show you what he's worth. read more

Todd Bazik Real Estate - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Glendale, California

Todd Bazik makes buying a home easy. Weekday or weekend, morning or night, he made himself available to us, and helped us get the home we wanted. I've dealt with lots of realtors in my time, and he is by far the easiest to work with. He was never late, never had excuses, and always kept a positive attitude...all the while approaching all situations realistically. This in turn never allowed us to get our hopes up, only to have them dashed at the end. He explained everything to us, and we never felt like any question was "too silly." All documents were sent to us immediately, and he always kept us in the loop, often times without us even asking him to. Todd's mentality seemed to be, "The more you know, the more you're prepared, and the easier the process will be." Todd is a friend first, and realtor second, and when you're dealing with the stresses of buying or selling a home...a friend is exactly what you need Todd to be. read more

When my wife and I started looking for a home in Glendale last year, a friend of mine introduced me to Todd.  Right off the bat we were impressed by his energy and determination.  Night and day, he answered calls and texts making appointments and sending us info. I don't think therse a harder working man in the busines. He showed us probably 20 or 30 different houses, never pressuring us to write any offers until we found the perfect house.  We ended up buying a beautiful property in Tujunga. With his advice, we got the house for a little bit under the asking price and we used those funds to remodel after we closed.  I recommend Todd to anyone looking for an agent to buy or sell and will definitely work with him again in the future. read more

As a first time home buyer, I was nervous jumping into the market, but Todd is very informative and knowledgeable and definitely eases any concern. The most important aspect I am looking for in an agent is someone who is not pushy and will take their time and show me multiple properties no matter how long it takes. Buying a new home is not a decision to take lightly and I have had bad experiences in the past with agents that are more concerned on making a sale rather than caring for their customer. Todd is not the pushy type and is very patient. Highly recommended! read more
