What a gem of a brewery in Indiana. Several delicious unique beers on tap, and friendly & professional staff. Pretty large space but it also feels very cozy. We happened to be in town during homecoming weekend for another event, so the brewery was really lively, including live music by the amazingly talented Chris Stults. He seemed to know everyone in the room and the performance was a real treat. I'll definitely visit this brewery again when I'm near the area.

El Cubano sandwich and strawberry salad - so good!

I was very impressed by this brewery. The brewery is right along the Hoodlebug trail, so we stopped in when we finished riding our bikes for some food and drinks. For drinks, I got a sampler of 4 5-oz pours. They have a nice variety of options, including IPAs, porters, stouts, sours, wheats, lagers, and even a few can options from other local places. Everything we all tried was great! I had a sour, a wheat, a porter and stout. The food was also great! We all got something different - I got the 1/2 and 1/2 combo and chose 1/2 of el Cubano sandwich and a half strawberry salad. So good! Everything was really fresh and put together so well. We planned to stop here when we were done, but it was a nice surprise as to how good everything was. They also had live music outside, which was another nice surprise. I would 100% come back here again!

For a road trip brewery, Levity delivers. We first came here two summers ago. It's a hike so it's never going to be a regular stop, but we occasionally come to Indiana to kayak so it's nice to fit this in when in the area. They are located right off a fairly major highway, which is surprisingly not as loud as you would think. The parking lot is large and has lots of picnic tables and other seating available. Though the view is mainly the highway I feel they put some personal touches in their space that makes it look more like a beer garden than drinking beer in a parking lot. The inside is on the smaller side but still not terrible. They serve food and we have shared a large pretzel there which was standard large pretzel fare. Now to the heart of the matter, the beers are legit good. They have a chalkboard full of option. There is no bar seating which in a way is fine, as it keeps the beer line moving. Now we visited here just the other weekend after visiting a nearby state park. On their door they say Masks Required, but many patrons either already there or came in after we were seated, ignored the rule and walked freely without masks. The staff wore masks but at least one moment the one staff member simply had it dangling from his ear. Also not sure about the social distancing as it seems the tables were set up the same way as pre-pandemic. Nevertheless we stuck to ourselves and enjoyed a couple of good NE style IPA's. I look forward to another visit hopefully where we can be back outside.

One of the best places in Indiana! We went to Levity both days of our trip to Indiana because we ended up loving it so much! Friday evening they had a band outside, so it was pretty busy. There was a line to get a beer throughout the night, but it went very quickly! We sat inside the restaurant because it was chilly, but we could still hear some of the music from outside. I don't drink beer, so I ordered Arsenal Cider. I truly appreciate their "non beer" options! My boyfriend ended up swooning over their coffee stout, so if you're into stouts and coffees, this seems like a winner. We had already eaten, but the food being served looked fabulous! They have paninis, salads, mac n cheese, hot dogs, etc. Of course I had to order food on our second visit. I went with the Paisano panini, and it did not disappoint! It was crispy, buttery, and stacked with pepperoni, spinach, provolone, Mozzarella, and more! It was served with a chunky marinara sauce for dipping and a side of plain potato chips. The panini was large! I could only finish half. After our lunch, we attended the car meet in the parking lot. I love all they events they have here! It's a great place to come with friends and family, but be sure to also check out their event calendar!

Wednesday was ukulele night! they had several ukulele's for customers to watch the music on a large projector screen and play along. The brewery is smaller in size offering a few rectangular tables and more round tables with stools. The customer walks up to the counter to order and pay and is then given a ticket with their name on it to place on the table for waitress/waiters to bring the food to the table. They give you free samples of the beers prior to purchasing. The beer/wine menu is written in chalk on a large chalk board on the wall. The beverage that you order is handed to the customer prior to leaving the counter. The food comes out hot and in a very timely manner. The pretzel is fluffy and large, enough for 2 people (or more) to share; it comes with 3 dipping sauces. The sandwich that I ordered was delicious (i can't remember the name) but it was served on toasted sourdough bread and had 2 types of cheeses and pepperoni and came with a spicy tomato based dipping sauce. Both times that I visited was on a week night (Wednesday and Friday) and it was packed but fun and a must try while passing through the very small town of Indiana, PA!

Went here after golfing with a buddy and had a solid IPA and a pretty good Oktoberfest. The variety available is good enough that most people should be able to find something they like. A really nice outdoor seating area with a couple of fire tables and Adirondack chairs makes it comfortable and inviting. I happened to be there on a Sunday afternoon and I think a football game was going on or just ended because there were a bunch of unsupervised kids running around the tables. Not that they were over the top obnoxious, but they were definitely distracting. Other than the timing, I enjoyed the ambiance of the place and the beers were good enough that I'd gladly make the 40 minute drive down again. 1 - Just don't 2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by 3 - Good choice if you're in the area 4 - I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here 5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here

I'm not much of a beer drinker so I didn't order anything to drink but my husband got an IPA and enjoyed it just as much as the last time. For food, I ordered the gyro sandwich and my husband got the lobster rolls. Unfortunately, my gyro was a bit too salty and slightly charred so I didn't enjoy it as much as I had hoped. However, I absolutely loved the chips that came with it. I can't remember what they called them but they tasted almost like a funnel cake and were very addictive. They had some tables set up outside and since it was warm enough that evening, we decided to sit out there. I just wish the lighting had been a little better because it was pretty dark. I even had to ask my husband to use his phone's flashlight so I could take pictures of the food. LOL

When we pulled in, I was wondering what it would be like because it has a strip mall type facade. So when I went in, I was pleasantly surprised at the unique decor. Some stained glass and some really neat artwork. You can see the kitchen and the pizza oven, Service was a little slow at times, but overall pretty good. For example, we were seated and it took a bit of time for someone to greet us. Then a lot of attention was paid until we ordered, then we had to hunt someone down to ask for our check. Maybe it was an off day. Overall, though, our server was knowledgeable about the food and beer options and was friendly and courteous. It was an interesting menu. Pizzas and ramen bowls are not usually things I'd expect to be served at the same restaurant, but they are both apparently highlight of their menu. I ordered the cauliflower appetizer and my husband ordered a salad. The cauliflower had an amazing sauce that gave it a kick but was also sweet. A perfect combination. For our main entrees, I ordered the daily ramen bowl special and my husband ordered the taco special. He loved his tacos. I was a bit underwhelmed by my ramen. The noodles were in a weird clump and it was somehow both too hot and too cold. It did have nice flavor overall, though. The beers, they weren't our favorite, but they weren't bad either. Overall an enjoyable experience and someplace I'd go back to.

Cutting to the chase, the brown ale was good, definitely merits the 4+ ratings on beer sites, no doubt. Brewery part of the stop was well-executed. Food took things in a very wrong direction.... Concern being that I ordered a simple mac n' cheese (I guess "large" size - $13.50, what?), adding some "famous pulled pork," which ended up being $16.50 or something along those lines - I received a MICRO, emphasizing MICRO order of mac n' cheese in a small bowl that probably cost them $1.25 to make - great, flavors were just very average and they seemed to be all jazzed that it came with chopped jalapeno on the top. Fancy, y'all. Cost-wise, one pint of beer and this incredibly tiny meal cost over $30, post-tip (still hooked them up) in a dead downtown that frankly needs all the business it can get. Got gas one the outskirts and the strip malls are absolutely surging, which would usually be a major bummer for me, but honestly not in this case after getting econo-slammed. I was honestly shocked there weren't those neon signs in cursive that said stuff like "chow down, chug down," grass on the vertical wall, and other basic things, but I was probably too preoccupied by the fact that every table had "hold for reservation" and I wasn't pointed to sit places, with the bar being full and all, until I asked. Summary - MID, MID, MID food that's in small portions that is an absolute shill in 2025, in a community that's on it's downside economically. So frustrating that places like this are highly-touted.
