5 minutes agoNEW-Edit Jesse has treated my family like we're his family. We had two garage door openers that were not opening. He troubleshooted them even to the point of changing the 14 lightbulbs of our six outdoor lights. When troubleshooting was exhausted, he called the manufacturer and said both logic boards were bad. What are the odds of that? He talked them into sending us, new boards. Sure enough, once replaced the boards the doors opened will our remotes. The thing that impressed me was his never give up attitude. He was not happy until the job was done to his and my satisfaction. Then today, our door would not shut. You know the blinking lights like something is in the way of the door? Jesse's partner Barron came, and he has the same thorough attitude as Jesse. He checked the wiring, the angles, and tightened them when perfectly aligned. I had him tune up the door while he was here, and he found that I didn't have a key to one of my garages; nice catch, long lost over the 20+ years in the house. He replaced that. Of course, the normal, balancing of the doors/springs and lubing them up. You cannot do wrong with Level Up Garage Door Inc. They have my highest recommendation. read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I wish all companies were as professional, honest and reliable as LevelUp Garage Door. This was my 2nd time working with Jesse, and I am so glad I found his business card from almost 10 years ago. Before I found Jesse's business card, I had called A1 Garage door to replace my opener and they told me my doors need to be replaced! Thank goodness I called LevelUp. Jesse reassured me my doors were fine and he installed the LiftMaster opener for both my two car and single car garage. He took the time to explain how everything worked, and I really appreciated how patient he was in helping me set up the app on my phone. He also noticed that I didn't have access to the single car garage and recommended an emergency vault lock which he installed for me. Jesse Clark, the owner, was a exceptional to work with. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. There was no pressure from him or his installer, TJ. He gave me an estimate and I think I made 3 changes to what I wanted and he was extremely patient about changing estimate. We ended up with exactly what we wanted with no hassle. Do not be fooled by the employee TJ that works for this company, granted the 35 years old owner might be a straight shooter but his 50 year old employee working for the company for nearly 10 years named TJ that frequents burning man stole tools any whatever else he wanted bc I didn't stand by and baby sit him the whole time. He stole from my garage and and the house! while hired to be putting in the garage door! They tell you when you visit Jamaica to be wary of people that are too friendly And talkative and that they are trying to get information and rob you. I should have applied this advice to white Americans doing labor at my house. Owner was belligerent when confronted by phone call, wanted video evidence. read more

Jesse the owner was the ultimate professional. He was super cordial and friendly and came in way lower then the other bids and was able to come the next day the other had a two week wait. Jesse the owner of LevelUp Garage Door Repair just left my house a couple of hours ago. My regular garage door service company of 15+ years decided two months ago to leave me high and dry with a system that didn't work. Not even a phone call to tell me they weren't coming back. But just as the old saying goes "one garage door closes, while another one opens" Jessie showed up this morning with a smile, assessed the mess he was hired to clean up and then he smiled again. Jesse contacted Genie to diagnose the problem and about 2 1/2 hours later Jesse had removed my old garage door opener system and installed a brand new Genie garage door opener system from top to bottom. This time I smiled. Lol Jesse worked HIS ASS OFF today. And he genuinely looked like he loved every minute of it. This brings me to the huge difference between the old burnt out businesses and their miserable burnt out repairman they send to our homes, compared to what I experienced today. A relatively brand new business of 2 years and their fresh approach, who's LevelUp repair man is also the owner of LevelUp the company. I mean it's awesome to see somebody proud of what they do AND kicking ass at it! By the way Jesse told me he would be showing up somewhere between 9:30 and 10 AM! Huh? Not 8am to Noon? or 1 to 4pm? It am 2 year late in writing this review. I had a need to replace both of my garage door opener with new one. Jesse was ready to install the openers that I provided. On my commute to work, a vehicle of theirs had cut me off in a lane merger and I had to slam on my breaks to prevent from hitting them. I was able to get the ROC # and the license plate number as well. I called the number on the back of the truck, to which the person claimed that he was the driver and that I had lied about the events that took place. I do have dashcam footage of the incident as well as a witness that had given me her phone number if I wanted to file a report. Given their complete lack of respected and blatant dishonesty, I might consider doing just that. Trying to warn all about the lack of integrity this company holds. read more

Found Level Up Garage Door Inc and owner/operator Jesse Clark on Craigslist, I needed at least two garage door panels replaced on a standard Continental Home Amarr garage door installed about 20 years ago. Sam's Club sells the full door (install yourself) Costco sells them (a rep has to visit the home for a free consult) and of course several full service dealers in town. I found Jesse via Craigslist and then checked his Yelp, only 2 reviews but they were both great, checked his ROC license #, no issues or filings with proper bond established. I called and left a message on his voicemail, he called back the same morning. We swapped a dozen text messages and a few pictures of the doors. He quoted me a very competitive price for a full new door, new springs and hardware (wheels, hinges) and offered to do it two days later. He said he would be there at 9am and was actually a little early but I met him waiting in the driveway and ready to work. He said it would take approx 2 hours and he was done with 15 minutes to spare, in July, during one of the hottest mornings of the year. Cleaned up all debris and hauled away all the old garage door parts. We shall see if this door lasts another 20 years, we did very little to maintain the one he replaced, it might not be a branded Amarr door, but it looks great and appears identical in design and appearance to the door replaced. Additionally, we got lucky, the door came in color shade where we won't need to repaint to keep the HOA off our backs. Would highly recommend Jesse Clark and Level Up Garage Doors based on my experience to date. Ken in Chandler. read more
