As all of my friends know, I'm an idiot. As I was coming home this morning I hit my garage door button from about a 100 yards away from my house. I didn't realize that the garage door was already up and my wife had the back trunk of her car up and in the path of the now-closing garage door. So there was a door fight and the result was a small scratch on the car and the garage door came off the track. I thought I could easily get the garage door back on track. Why I thought I could accomplish this task, I have no idea. I made a complete mess out of the garage door that resulted in bent frames for the wheel track, crimped cables that needed to be replace and most importantly my car became trapped in the garage because the whole garage door assembly was tied in knots by the time I was done "fixing" it. I came home from work and walked through my garage as I do everyday. But when I tried to leave out of that same garage it was a NoGo. I panicked and googled everything I thought it could be all the while praying for the least expensive fix. Called this garage door opener service because i was having an issue with the auto reverse. Needed to have it repaired for home inspection. Previous garage door opener service, who repaired it back in November, did not install it right, Garage Door Solved was really nice, he told me to get the person who installed it on the phone, he talked to them and brought their mistake to light, so the original people who made the mistake came out and repaired it. After few calls to other guys, it was refreshing to talk to someone who is professional and knows what he is talking about. He asked few questions and was able to quickly walk me through some things I can do so I can get to the office asap. That same afternoon he came to assist with the permanent fix. He did a quick diagnostic and revealed the issue which he clearly and concisely explained to me along with the solution. I've been having garage door troubles and tried another company who never called back. I found these guys on Yelp with good reviews so I checked out their web site and submitted online service request. David came out he was cheerful and had s great attitude.
