For our bathroom renovation this time, we contacted Jerezee. Shon was our project manager and he not only checked in every day, but was on site (or a quick call away), to help solve issues as they arose. He also gave excellent input for those quick decisions and made it easier on us. We realized we didn't need a bathtub, but instead a cat cabinet for our litter box. Shon found just the right people to bring that vision to reality. Both us and the kitties are happy!

When we first met with him we had high hopes, but it soon became obvious their field work and the office are on different pages. The quality of their work is poor, and they do not seem to take any pre-cautions to protect work they have completed. The new floor and marble countertop we had installed was severely scratched before it was even turned over and they argued we were being too picky and would not fix it. The quality and timeliness of their work was so substandard, we decided to have them only complete two of the three bathrooms and we went with another contractor for the 3rd who was much more prepared. If you have a standard bathroom with no high-end fixtures or finishes, I think they would do fine. I do not think they are used to working with anything that requires quality or higher finishes. The timing was also twice what they promised, so just be prepared to have it take longer if you go with them. When we decided to go our separate ways, it was noted in the final paperwork they would support any issues we had when completing the 3rd bathroom, as they had bought a large portion of the material. Well, we had issues and reached out to the office and the owner (Roy) who never called me back. I actually spoke to their office who assured me someone would call, but never did. We had to re-purchase some cabinets they had provided for the 3rd bathroom as it had parts missing because of damage caused by their own workers who installed the door pulls wrong and it damaged the face of the cabinets. Apparently, they never replaced the items and would not even call us back so we could find out how to get more. Very poor customer service. DO NOT USE Jerezee Construction unless you want a big headache. We have photos of their work and can provide more information if you would like. We had originally planned to not write a review but after they would not call us back for material support, we felt it was warranted to warn others about their business practices. You have been warned. Stay away! I need to update my review since another person called mine into question. The communication was poor and Roye did not check in with us during the project once. Maybe our project of $45K for 3 bathrooms was not big enough to get the support needed, but the final product and organization was very poor. Even after we parted ways, we were assured they would offer at least warranty support for the bathroom they did and on materials but we could not even get a call back. I said it before and will say it one more time. If your project is small and low quality finishes and you have no timeframe for completion, then choose them. If you want the finish product to be undamaged and finish within the original time agreed upon, choose another GC. We found another GC to complete our master bathroom and entire upstairs and it was night and day. DO NOT USE JEREZEE

I called GreenSo for the put-back portion of an unfortunate flood that I suffered at my home. I…read moreinitially called probably a dozen different companies that continuously delayed repairs, repeated increased the price after agreeing to a contract, and wanted to pull unnecessary permits - a process that inexplicably takes 6+ weeks in Las Vegas. GreenSo came by to evaluate the job and confirmed that a permit was not needed (confirmed by Clark County's own permitting site), scoped out the job, and came back with a far more reasonable price than EVERYBODY else. We were able to get started immediately and 90% of the job was completed in a week. The finishings took a little longer, but considering the high quality of the work, was more than worth it. Ron, Jose & the team were fantastic to work with and customer satisfaction was their priority. I'd happily recommend GreenSo to anybody needing to repair or improve their home for projects of any size.

I have owed A-1 this review for a while, but that it's taken me this long to write this may be more…read morehelpful in the end. Because by now I've had the chance to live with the work A-1 has done for some time and I while was ecstatic with the job when it was finished, I'm honestly even happier with it now. Originally, I reached out to A-1 to do the countertops and backsplash of a kitchen renovation. As you can see in the pictures, the backsplash is a mosaic tile and that can be somewhat difficult to work with. But this was no problem at all for A-1. Their attention to detail on both the countertops and backsplash was superb and they turned out amazing. The backsplash is the highlight of the kitchen and everyone who sees it compliments it without fail. Meanwhile, the countertops are perfect, excellent quality, durable, and the perfect choice for the room. My experience with the kitchen tile and stone was so good, I came back to A-1 for a guest bathroom remodel. Again, as you can see from the pictures, this involved a lot of tile. It also involved removing a tub, a door, installing an entirely new sink, and reworking the entire shower. A-1 handled every facet of the job from the planning and install of the shower and all the tile, to bringing in the sub-contractors for the plumbing, drywall, and electrical. And just like those working for A-1, their subcontractors were all professional, highly skilled, and budget conscious. Everything in this bathroom was re-done, the floor, the walls, the toilet, the sink, And from the shampoo box that is now the centerpiece of the room, to framing out the new LED medicine cabinet, the marble tile has turned what was a dark, cramped guest bath into something that is now inviting, open, and a subtle highlight of my home. But best of all, it's functional. I know this because since these jobs were completed near the end of 2022, I have come back to A-1 once again to now remodel my entire master bath. And as that has been going on, I have been living out of this guest bathroom. To me, that's the real test. Not just how it looks in the pictures, but how it lives day to day. And the functionality, especially in such a small space, has really paid off. I cannot recommend A-1 highly enough. Issac has put together a great team and they are one of the unsung gems in town when it comes to all things stone and tile. From helping with the design, to making sure the materials are quality, to securing trustworthy subcontractors, to their attention to detail, I cannot recommend A-1 Design Stone highly enough. Isaac and his team at A1 Stone did an incredible job installing our shower, and they did an exquisite transformation of our kitchen. Isaac listened to our design ideas, helped us refine them, and executed them with superb craftsmanship. He was here every day of the project, either working with his crew or checking on their progress. When we needed to work with other trades, he helped us coordinate them in the right order, and the contractors he recommended for that work were also uniformly excellent. The store opened promptly at 11 AM and of course the store was clean and orderly. The employees were pleasant and it took everything in me to refrain from buying up the store. What saved me was the fact that I needed to go across the street to shop after the class. I had forgotten how easy it was to make pasta. And I've never thought to try their sauces because I usually make my own. This sauce was so delicious and easy to just heat and eat, but it tasted like it took a lot of time to make. Absolutely delicious. I had to buy a jar. I made my angel hair pasta with scallops and bacon, and I added a little extra capers and of course, Parmesan cheese. The next time, I will try it with a pounded chicken breast.. You've gotta go and get yourself a few jars. The shelf life is about a year and a half on the jar that I have.

Baking pans, trays and tins, boxed mixes (for cornbread, cake, scones, cookies, waffles, etc), ladles, spoons, turkey grabber, spatulas, pots, pans, cups, mugs, plates, saucers, bowls, plates, chopping boards, linens, bottled sauces and spices, hot chocolate mix, food thermometer, honey, marinades, lemon curd, jans, jellies, preserves, spreads, pie filling, mortar and pestle, mixers...basically, if you need it for the kitchen, they have it! My recent visit was to get a new air fryer after our old one zonked out. They had 4 models available in different sizes and features. A nice gentleman helped us and told us the different features for each one. So far, we're happy with our air fryer.
