The Flexologists that began with the studio have been fired off if they share their opinions or values in regard to the studio and its operations. All of this is done behind the back of the owner and the establishment itself has been available to the public since March/April. Prior to that, a majority of the work was done behind the scenes to create a great and non-toxic atmosphere for all staff. unfortunately, this former YouFit Margate GM (Chad Purcell) that was on the verge of being eliminated, chose to take on a different challenge that he chose not to train properly for. This not only puts the staff at a disadvantage, but also discredits the GM, who seems to not be a great candidate for handling challenging situations, but can micromanage from watching cameras with audio in the studios. This was a great place to work, before this person came in and ruined the member base, dropped numbers, and blamed those that came in and did HONEST work. I hope that the owner can salvage what is left before the other studios to open are are dealt with a devastating blow of an ignorant gentleman who refuses to learn how the franchise is supposed to actually operate. The owners are passionate people looking for great additions, but as long as this person is still stationed there, it will be an issue for everyone (members, staff, et cetera.) I wish them well.

It's incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable to ignore a paying customer, especially when they are trying to cancel within the allowed time frame. But I know how it goes when you're starting out and if you don't have people booked, then you want to save time and money and be efficient in the way that you utilize your staff. So I gave them another chance they called me as they had been over the past few weeks to invite me for an introductory stretch at their introductory rate, and I booked it and went back the next day. Everything about this visit was professional, and thorough. I was greeted with professionalism with kindness and with immediacy. The greeter, as well as my stretch technician were both very clear about what was gonna happen, and there was no pressured sales pitch in anyway. A lot of times you expect that after being called to come in for a reduced, introductory rate. So I appreciate it that they were not pushy, but they were informative. The stretch itself was fantastic. They start you with a diagnostic activity using a screen that presents movements and positions you to copy repeatedly. Then after they see how you did, they can go forward with the diagnostic stretch session, which is what I had today. My stretch technician was Ken, he did a fantastic job. He was very articulate about each movement and it's purpose. I received a 50 minute stretch And I'm glad that I went with 50 minutes because I don't know that 25 minutes would've really been effective for me. Again, I will be back very pleased with the service with the facility and with what they offered. I love that stretch lab as a partner with my insurance. I would suggest though since this location is fairly new call them ahead of time and let them know that you wanna come in and don't just stop by because they're still building up there Palm Beach Gardens location. The flexiologist I have been working with is Romi. She is extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to your needs and condition of your body. Sessions are available in 25 and 50 minute duration, and you can subscribe to a membership that suits your needs. Also, as part of your membership, you get access to the XPonential Fitness App which has hundreds of pre-recorded exercise sessions that you can do on your own time, as well as, live sessions you can watch remotely on your phone, tablet or computer. One other feature available at the studio is the Normatec Compression Therapy machine for your legs. There were four stretch spaces with for stretching David, the general manager, completed my intake asking for contact info & completing a health assessment. I then had a complimentary stretch & discussed stretch plans. David spent :30 stretching my legs, hips & lower body. I gave him feedback re each stretch. I left feeling more relaxed & flexible. There were monthly plans, I signed up for weekly stretches for six weeks. There's an app & a rewards program. I scheduled the next three stretches for the next three weeks, I'm looking forward!

I was lying down the whole time on the stretching table while Gabe helped me stretch as much as possible. We focused on all parts of my body including quadriceps, hamstrings, hip flexors, traps, lats, mid back, and lower back. If something felt like it wa too intense or hurt too much, Gabe was gentle and stopped that specific stretch while explaining everything every step of the way to me. Then the weight bearing machines are also in front of the next set of windows, so my whole experience here is open, airy, and filled with light. -The music is not too loud. I can listen to my own music or audiobooks easily even with open earbuds. It is even possible to have conversations with real people or with earphones. -The music that is played is 'retro' - from the 90s I think - and I much prefer this over techno music. -The colors of the gym are soothing to the eye. Not gaudy or blaring. Still... fix the water fountain!

I no longer want to be a member of this gym and I had been told I can cancel at any time. They have billed me $73.83 for the year, $296 for personal training that won't happen as John is not here and $148.00 for an introductory Personal training 8 sessions that I have not finished as John was not there 2 times. They need to care about their members not just about money.
