His wife Lori said to talk to him and he said he will talk to her but nothing was resolved. I called my credit card and asked for dispute. This guy is calling them and trying to keep my money! Mary, who answers the phone, is consistently rude and dismissive. Juan Carlos, the Sales Director, is astonishingly ineffective - he speaks as if he understands, yet nothing is ever followed through. This is not a misunderstanding; it is gross incompetence. This business advertises peace and wellness. What it delivers is stress, wasted time, and financial loss. We will be escalating this through the appropriate channels.
