I went in and was signed up by Daniel. First red flag "oh we only withdraw straight from a bank account so no debit or credit cards. We need your routing and account number". Then he has me sign a few places and it was supposed to be 9.99 monthly. I get a copy of the contract via email and it says the amount with tax added, ok that's fine but then another 2 dollar fee after that each month. Next I see on the contract that you can use a credit or debit card. Long story short, I go back in the next day to cancel because I have a "3 day right to cancel". Good ol Daniel is back at the desk. I tell him I want to cancel. I don't even get into why because it won't change his scummy practices. He says it's cancelled and I will receive an email within 20 minutes. No email after 2 hours. I go back, this time I get Nir, he tells me "it shows cancelled in my computer look you can see right now" I say "I want an email or print out, I don't trust you all". He sends me an email, said I should get it shortly. I get the email that shows my account frozen until December but not cancelled!!! At this point I'm pissed off because if I didn't push it, I would be stuck in a contract because the 3 day would be up. I show it to him he says "it was a mistake, I am the general manager, I assumed he (Daniel) did it right. He then sends me another email that finally shows it as cancelled. They did everything they could to lock me into a contract and I'm sure they do this all the time!!! I don't care if I never find another sauna, Crunch Will NEVER get my business again.
