I went there with my Gel-X nails from another salon, and they did a fill and replaced two nails. Within two days, both replacement nails had fallen off. The polish on the rest of my nails started chipping as well. I returned to have the issue fixed, they only redid the two nails that had fallen off. Now, just three days later, one of them has already fallen off again. Extremely poor quality work and a waste of money. I would not recommend this salon and will never return. read more

This place has horrible customer service skills and technique. This is the most ghetto experience after trying to give them multiple chances. They will have you sitting for soak off for hour while you watch people come in getting their nails done and no communication. They will have you waiting thinking that you're next while someone gets into the chair, and no communication. And then they talk to you as though they're doing you a favor. The last straw was yesterday, Friday, July 17 at 5:36 PM. I was wondering why they are starting to get lowering in clientele, but now I know. Unacceptable and Disrespectful Treatment I have been a loyal customer of your salon since the day you opened, but today's experience was so disrespectful that it erased years of goodwill in a single visit. My mother and I came in for eyebrows and nails--nothing out of the ordinary. While my mother was already seated, Janet (stationed at the front right) decided it was appropriate to suggest that a white customer should take my place in line because my mother planned to get her nails done. I was next in line. No discussion. No apology. Just an expectation that I would quietly step aside. This was not only poor management--it was blatantly offensive. My time was treated as disposable, and the implication that another customer should be prioritized over me was impossible to ignore. After the damage was already done, I was suddenly told my eyebrows could be done, but by that point the disrespect was clear. I declined and made it very clear: if that customer was who you wanted to service, then by all means, proceed. As a result, you lost my $30 eyebrow service, my mother's nail appointment, and--more importantly--two long-standing customers. A business that operates by pushing people aside and expecting them to tolerate it is not one that deserves loyalty. Customer service is not complicated. Respect the order of service. Convenient, competitive pricing, and a nice bright interior that has a fresh, bright atmosphere. I was initially really excited about this great addition to the strip mall, and gave it 4 stars. Unfortunately, by my second visit the newness was wearing off and didn't feel as clean as the first. The Pros -They have around 1,000 colors in matching gel and dip kits. -The massage chairs are pristine and they use inserts in the bowls. -The regular pedicure is a great deal at $35 and came with a nice scrub, brush, and mini foot massage. -Was able to walk right in on a Monday evening. The space is quite large and could easily accommodate groups. The Cons -No autoclaves are visible and tools come out of random drawers. They do not seem to be sanitized. -The dip for powder nails used is communal. -On my 2nd visit a few months after they opened there were several open beverages, chip bags, and ramen containers littering the countertops. -Most of the tables and counters had a layer of dust from nail filing on them read more

The worst nail salon I've ever visited! This place was absolutely filthy. Upon entering, I was greeted and asked to sign in. After specifying that I wanted a pedicure, I was directed to my station. As I settled in and placed my feet in the water, I took a closer look inside and around the bowl. It was so disgusting that I immediately decided to leave. I had the best pedicure of my life here. Kathy was the technician. She was bossy and great! She did a great job. The tools and environment were clean and sanitized. The negative was each and every person (3) I saw asked me if I wanted a manicure (upsell) annoying when I said I just wanted a pedicure. They charge a 3% fee for debit and credit cards on top of $35. The sign says Pay cash in big letters. Everyone that worked there dressed like they literally rolled out of bed. Very unprofessional. Kathy was incredible and I tipped her really well. read more

I truly tried to support this business but, unfortunately I've been there 3x's and the employees are nice, but they seem like they have no clue how to go do manicures or pedicures. Nobody in the history of pedicures puts oil on your toes BEFORE they do your cuticles. Thats a lazy to keep from having to work on your cuticles. You can tell the nail polish has been cut with acetone it's to watery. In transparency both times I went was an urgent situation. I was back within a week with my "no-chip" chipping. I'll just wear socks and gloves the next time my regular manicurist goes on vacation. read more

They had one gentleman doing pedicures on. Saturday afternoon, unacceptable. They provided no update or checked in, rather their process was to keep your feet submerged in water while you wait. The water was room temperature and he still hadn't got to me. I dried my feet and left. We should not patronize businesses who do not provide good customer service. Common courtesy would be to say ma'am you are next, let me add warm water to the foot basin while you wait, thank you for your patience. Instead they treat customers like they are doing us a favor. Don't spend your money here, find another nail shop. This establishment started off good, but has quickly declined. read more

Terrible!!! I asked nicely if she could use the grader to scrub my feet a little more and her response was passive and pissed off. She said no more skin was there and showed me the grader as there was skin on it from my feet still coming off. After she was passive about that she kept telling me to lift my leg more. Unfortunately I couldn't and I looked over and someone else had a foot rest prop-up and I asked her if she had that on the chair too. She ignored me and I asked the women a few down from her if this chair also did that and she said yes and told my nail person to prop it up. I was so disappointed in the service because I went here once before and it wasn't bad but not again after the treatment and experience I left with this time. read more

They really need to revisit their cleaning and sanitizing procedures. I watched as they tried to reuse used tools. They clip your nails and put the rusty clipper back in the drawer to be used on the next customer. During my manicure I was asked to soak my cuticles in a bowl of water that had someone else's nail clippings in it! Literally everything is reused down to the toe spacers. read more
