After shopping around for 4-5 weeks with other leasing agencies, I was referred to Romina by a friend at Level Car Connections last week. Within two days, Romina was able to find me an amazing deal on the Range Rover Sport HST with the exterior/interior colors I wanted. Other agencies offered me $80-$140 more on my monthly lease for the same exact car. I can't be happier than knowing I got the best deal in the town. It was a pleasure doing business with Level Car Connections, smooth transaction, 100% satisfaction. I'll definitely go back to them for future cars. I will highly recommend them to others. Where do I even begin? Whalen at Level Car Connection was by far the biggest help and I could not have asked for a better person to help me with my lease. This being my first time leasing, he made the process so smooth and easy and assisted me with every little thing along the way. He didn't leave any question, big or small, unanswered compared to my run in with salesmen at the dealership who made my experience uncomfortable to where I just felt like I was being haggled. Whalen got me the best price, everything black and white with no catch. By far the best broker and will be the only broker I go to from now on! read more

My Experience with Andre was great. I needed help getting a deal for a Mercedes and he delivered. The entire process was easy and efficient. If you are uncertain on whether or not you will get a good deal or not with Level, i can confirm that you won't be let down. Upon arrival at the dealership for pick up of the vehicle, i was approached by a salesman who worked with a friend i was with three years ago. He asked who i was working with for the deal i got and i said it was our broker Andre. The salesman argued that he could've gotten me a better deal if i went through him instead. He said that the payments i had were too high. Andre denied this, and clarified that i was at tier 2 credit approval to which the salesman backtracked and realized he had made a false accusation on the deal i was getting. The salesman proceeded to tell andre that they do not like brokers and that he should leave! Andre stayed calm and collected and told him that he was acting unprofessionally. Overall, i think Andre handled the unexpectedly awkward situation very well and earned my respect. So much so that Andre and Level company will always have my business. Thanks guys! read more

I had a great experience by having Arneh find me a car. He didn't waste anytime time by searching immediately for the kind of car I was looking for. Not only did he find me the BMW with the color and specifics I asked for, in a short amount of time, but he also got me a great deal. Which that I know I wouldn't have been able to request for myself. It made the whole process easier and faster by not having to haggle with the dealership. Thank you for your high LEVEL customer service. read more

I was looking for a new car for a while and everywhere I went either the prices were too high or they wanted to pay close to nothing for my old car. My best friend told me about "Level Car Connection" and I went ahead and gave them a call, I thought it would be another high priced place BUT what I experienced was nothing like what I expected! Alex was super helpful from the beginning! He worked on different cars and gave me deals until we found the right one!! It took us about a month but he kept looking for great deal unlike other dealers that after the second or third day they were not even answering my text messages anymore! Alex even offered to bring the car to my place! The fact that they treat their customers like VIP I believe is something special. You order a car and they deliver it to your place, even easier than ordering pizza! He was such a gentleman and I will definitely go back for my next car!!! Call Alex and see it for yourself! You WILL get a great deal on your next car! P.S. With the deal he got me, I didn't even have to sell my car! read more
