The instructors are all just youngsters that seem to care less about how to actually teach a child to swim, than to just hang around snd talk to each other during an already short class. My son won't even jump in the pool, or be loose on his own for more than 5 seconds. That's after 7 months. I stated my concerns to both instructors he had lessons with and the manager. No ribbons, not even the face in the water one, no motivation, no progress, and no bother even caring when we said we were just going to quit the school. This place is an overcrowded joke of a "school".

I have literally referred so many parents here in the short few months I have been with the gym, and that speaks volumes. The owners Yvonne and Richard are truly amazing people in every single way. Always smiling, always happy to help, always going above and beyond. These two people are a god send to parents like me. Their communication is wide open and for someone like me it was everything I needed! The coaches at just tumble are very knowledgeable in what they do and how they teach, and almost every single one of them has beautiful tumbling theirselves!!! My daughter went from having a pretty horrible bridge kick over.. to a pretty decent roundoff Backhandspring in 5 months and that wasn't over doing it or anything crazy! Their actions speak louder than their words and I love that about this gym. I always say I only have 2 complaints about this gym. 1. It's so hot in the summer and cold in the winter (not looking forward to this summer) because it's in a huge warehouse (tons of tumbling space ;). 2. There's one batheroom and it's single person. But believe me when I say, those are the least of my concerns If the owners of this gym asked me for ten grand tomorrow, I'd cry complain and moan but best believe I'd be selling this kidney to pay my little 10 grand to these amazing people. The teachers are topnotch bilingual & trained- which I personally appreciated as there are other programs that just think because someone speaks Spanish, that automatically qualifies them to teach. Not so. Most importantly is that my daughter enjoys going to Spanish. I was worried that she'd get burnt out or bored and that it would become pulling teeth to get her to go. NOT EVEN CLOSE! The curriculum is engaging & interesting, her teacher is responsive and encouraging, the class size is small and the children are friendly. We are 4 months in, and my daughter sings in Spanish, teaches ME Spanish words, translates material, talks to others and orders her own food at Mexican restaurants in Español. We recently went on a family trip to Costa Rica and she was interacting the the locals and acting as our interpreter the entire time. The structure in the ST classroom (full immersion, no English spoken) enables the kids to think in Spanish as they learn, rather than translate the English words into the Spanish words in their brains. The teachers are all native speakers which means the kids are learning proper accents and enunciation. The curriculum is tailored to the kids' level and is clearly communicated to the parents at the beginning of the year and throughout the year. There are also several presentations per year where the kids present on various subjects, as well as progress reports given to parents. Overall, a phenomenal program and I would highly recommend it.

Because you would have three month penalty to pay if you need to unenroll your kid, including for financial difficulty reasons, dissatisfaction with school program, etc. My husband got laid off at work and I informed the school about it and hence needed to withdraw my child from the school. I then enrolled my kid in public school. I was informed by CIS that contractually I was obligated to pay three months tuition penalty for withdrawing my kid from the school. We do not have the money for private school at the moment, which is why my kid is in public school. But we still need to pay the three month penalty fee. I do not think that the school needs my 3 month tuition for services NOT rendered, as there are several other students in the joint class but here we are.

They are clearly used to dealing with unexpected issues because they were flexible with unplanned changes and last minute bookings. I only observed the instructors during their pre-drive briefings and post-drive debriefings. Always calm, nonjudgmental and full of useful tips. My kid told me that the instructors were always calm and did not raise their voice or panic. 100% recommend with no reservations.
