In the end we wasted a month of funding, 2 -40 minute drives and 2 months on a wailist just to attend one class with ZERO adaptive ability to meet his skill level and zero accommodations to help him succeed- just an oh well, maybe next month he would like a different class more- They needed one body in a class to get it started and they got what they wanted. What a disappointing and careless experience this has been. My son had been taking lessons for 7…read moremonths, once a week. There has been basically 1% progress. The instructors are all just youngsters that seem to care less about how to actually teach a child to swim, than to just hang around snd talk to each other during an already short class. My son won't even jump in the pool, or be loose on his own for more than 5 seconds. That's after 7 months. I stated my concerns to both instructors he had lessons with and the manager. No ribbons, not even the face in the water one, no motivation, no progress, and no bother even caring when we said we were just going to quit the school. This place is an overcrowded joke of a "school".

Just in case you are looking for a great ABA provider, this one is top notch!!…read more We have had several ABA providers over the past 9 years and with the exception of a handful of AMAZING behavioral therapists from the other facilities, Get Social! Is by far the best company we have worked with. The BCBAs, Social Leaders, program supervisors and therapists are exceptional! They have social groups, which is a plus! They actually follow through with what is being set up, discussed, needs to be done, etc. We feel heard during the parent meetings and valued. The therapists seem well versed and adjust the sessions to the kids needs each day. The BCBA is part of sessions, which we have never seen before unless highly needed or requested. The whole team seems to be educated for the needs of my kids, not a cookie cutter program.

My son has been seeing Cindy for the past three months and his growth in that time has been tremendous. My favorite part about working with Cindy is how she consults with me as a parent. She helps to teach me the ways to help my son so that I can implement it between sessions. Obviously, if I'm implementing things at home with my son it will stick better than if he only gets it once or twice a week. This is a major difference between her model and some other therapists. I highly recommend Cindy. She is knowledgeable, personable and dedicated to helping children grow to their potential.

I called and inquired about private lessons and left a voicemail. I received a call back promptly and courteously. They even had last minute private lessons available at an affordable cost. My six year old daughter has taken 6 months of swim lessons with limited progress. In one lesson with Sea Otter's Rosie was learning how to hold her breath for extended periods of time, flip on her back, and move forward with confidence. I was so impressed with her newly acquired ability but most importantly -- she was thrilled with her progress and abilities! Her instructor was fantastic! And she was so excited to tell me about her experience in the water. This was truly the first time she has been enthusiastic about her swim lessons and what she was able to master in the water. The location is also fantastic and the shaded pool is great but most importantly we were impressed with the staff and swim instructors who (although they maybe young) are truly fantastic and care about the kids they teach,
