Right away they had a cart with my daughter's name so that guests could place the gifts and their shoes. The host also took our cupcakes, goody bags, and party decorations so that they could set up in the party room. Our birthday package included 70 minutes in the Space World and Candy Land Playground which all the kids loved! Afterwards the host called my daughter's name through a megaphone and asked all guests to head over to the party room. Party room was 50 minutes. Our party package included 1 X-Large Cheese and 1 X-Large Pepperoni pizza with 15 juice pouches. We ordered one additional pepperoni pizza and a 2 Liter Dr.Pepper for a reasonable price! They use Pizza Guys as their pizza vendor, which we've tried before and love! Party room was so organized with everything we've brought and the host made sure to hand sanitize everyone's hands. He served the pizza with gloves and the service from him was fantastic! Afterwards he served our cupcakes and goody bags! My daughter opened up all her gifts and towards the end of the party we still had about 10 minutes left so the kids were able to play a bit more. Host also puts all of your left over decorations, food, drinks, gifts into the cart so that you can take it outside to load back into the car. Highly recommend having a birthday party here! Host does everything so that parents have time to speak to everyone, host was very organized and helpful, kids had a blast playing, and host cleans up everything afterwards! We paid $500 for an all-inclusive birthday package, but from start to finish, the staff made it clear that they couldn't have cared less. The entire event was chaotic, uncoordinated, and stressful. There was no assigned party host, only a disengaged food server in the party room who offered little to no communication. I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere, Enchanted or literally any other venue would be a better choice. This was a disorganized, poorly managed experience, and we will not be returning

The pizza came out in large slices that could feed two kids each, but there were not enough slices for the number of children at the table. If the host had mentioned the party cut option, it would have made feeding everyone much easier. Overall the kids still had fun because there is a lot to do here, but better communication and better cleanliness would improve the experience

I went in with my daughter to pet the animals and literally as we approached Gemma she blurted out "don't touch her face, talk to her before touching her, don't scare her " , I am pretty respectful of animals and educate my kids but this was ridiculous .. my 4 year old literally stopped walking towards the pig and said "mom I don't want to hurt the pig" . My daughter wasn't even doing anything wrong and to jump at her was excessive. Guidance and education go a long way but to be snappy and scare kids to not pet animals at a petting zoo and for the price I paid! Honestly ruined the experience for me as she did. It get any friendlier or professional. The other parents didn't complain but also noticed the "unfriendly" vibe she gave .Thank goodness we paid extra for pony rides as this was the only real highlight of the party. Natacha was great making sure we got a family photo and let my son ( the bday boy) ride for long times when no other kid was in line. I do wish the petting area was bigger . With the assistant 4 animals and an adult with each kid ( 91 adult per kid ) in the pen it was very tight fitting. No two adults and kids could be in there at once . Overall cute idea. Glad I had a bounce house and numerous other activities for the kids as this wouldn't have been enough. Again I hate to leave less than perfect reviews but looking back at the prep and pay for this was my push to leave an honest review .

They have lockers you can rent etc. I have to give them 3 stars some parts of the slides you wait at or walking to certain areas the ground is really hot and I know it's a hot day, but people are burning their feet to. I feel like they can go around and spray it down with water or something you can wear shoes, but they make you take off your shoes and hold them on the slides.
