I would say that this studio gets a 4 star is because the time I attended the most, their heat was broken for a good 3 weeks and so classes were canceled. It made it difficult for a few weeks but also the studios are upstairs then the 2nd downstairs but you can't exit that way, you have to go up and back down to exit. I don't mind a few more steps added to my daily goal but it didn't make much sense. I did appreciate that it was handicap accesible though so maybe that's why.

I have, but I now have a medical condition that prevents me from feeling totally comfortable with taking that risk, so I specifically looked for yoga classes that weren't heated. (You wouldn't believe how hard that seems to be to find these days!) Once she let me know, I had to leave and unfortunately, I never got the credits back from ClassPass. The lack of cooler classes aside, the space was clean and sanitary. It seemed like it could be a nice place for a workout if they had something available that was up my alley.

I requested a Sound Bath class, and it was the perfect self-care/relaxing activity. Ilze taught our class and she was phenomenal. When we arrived the room was set up for us and we were the only ones in the studio with the instructor. My team was very happy and relaxed afterward! I 100% recommend this for team building! I'm sharing this because I wish I found someone like Casey sooner…read more I've had two sessions so far, and both were deeply personalized and exactly what I needed. In the first session, we revisited childhood memories and worked on rewriting the emotional experience I carried as a child, especially not being able to understand why my parents were busy and working (even though they were doing their best with what they knew). We ended with a chakra rebalancing meditation that helped my nervous system settle in a way I didn't expect. The second session focused on my recent grief and the patterns it has been triggering in my relationships. Casey guided me through an imagery meditation where I practiced giving myself the love, safety, and security I've been trying to find externally, and leaving the pain in the past where it belongs. It felt like emotional closure, but also like learning a new way to care for myself. Casey truly feels like a walking hug. She's present, loving, grounded, and radiant. I felt held the entire time, and I left feeling more supported than I've ever felt in a romantic relationship. The biggest gift is that she's helping me learn to provide that same compassion and safety to myself, and heal my codependency from the inside out. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled class but no one informed me which room the class would be in or what equipment we needed, which is usually communicated. When I walked in I noticed there was no one in the room and started wondering if something had changed because classes are normally full. I heard people asking about weights, so I assumed they were attending a different class. I stepped outside to use the restroom and waited to see if anyone else would come in, but I was still unsure of where my class was being held. When I went outside again, I saw someone rushing out for a block and realized the class was actually happening in a different room. By that point, the class had already started, and I was scrambling to figure out where to go and what equipment I needed. I had to carry everything from the other room into the correct class area while trying not to interrupt. I'm not sure if it was because I was perceived as being "late," but the instructor, Kylie Gifford, told me the class was full, even though there appeared to be one open spot in the front. I had woken up at 6 am, driven 25-30 minutes to get there, and had already taken my pre-workout in preparation for the class. Being offered to take the 8 AM class instead didn't feel like a practical solution after already making that effort and arriving on time. I left feeling upset, embarrassed and disappointed by the experience. I understand things happen, but I hope the studio can improve communication especially with class pass members to ensure they feel welcomed and know exactly where to go and what they need when they arrive. The space itself is immaculate, modern, and super clean--from the front desk area to the locker rooms and studios. The yoga classes here are fantastic. The heat and humidity levels in the heated room are dialed in perfectly--you will definitely sweat, but it never feels suffocating. The instructors are high-energy, knowledgeable, and great at offering both modifications for beginners and options to level up for more advanced practitioners. Parking is convenient, the staff is always welcoming at check-in, and the overall vibe of the community is really uplifting.
