Cami was an amazing instructor with my kids! They have noticeably improved their swimming in such little time.

I'm seeing a few bad reviews on here about the teaching style being too hard on the kids. We can't…read morebaby our kids when it comes learning water safety. The instructors don't view this as playtime - they are all professionals in swim safety and will make sure that your kids are able to safely exit a pool on their own if they were ever to fall in a pool unnoticed. They also have an amazing ability to connect with the kids and make them feel at ease. IF YOU WANT YOUR KIDS TO LEARN HOW TO SWIM COME HERE! You can skip the community centers and swim school group classes that teach your kids to splash and sing songs. This place only offers one-on-one private sessions and limits the number of students at any one time to no more than 3. There are no loud distractions or crowds to overwhelm the students. Do yourself a favor and dish out the extra money for private sessions at this place - there's no price on the peace that comes with trusting your kid won't drown if they were to accidentally fall into a pool while they are alone. As for the complaints about the lax customer service - this is a privately owned small business in there backyard of the owner, Kelli's residence. Customer service and greetings are warm and relaxed, which creates a welcoming environment where the kids feel comfortable. Our first session my 4 year old wouldn't put her face in the water and by the third session she could jump into the pool on her own and swim breaststroke all the way to the other end of the pool (so cute to watch a tiny person people do this!!!) At my 6 year olds first session, she could float and doggy paddle. By her third session she could swim breaststroke with side breaths and backstroke. I could not recommend this place more!

From day one, Kelli created a warm, welcoming environment that made our grandson feel safe and excited to be in the water. All of the instructors (Kelli, Sam, and Joe) are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly understands how to work with young children while blending fun with important water safety skills in the perfect balance. Each week's lesson is well-structured, age-appropriate that keeps our 3-year old grandson focused and smiling. We were amazed by the progress in just a few short weeks. Swim students are one-on-one with their instructor. It's clear they genuinely care about each child's comfort and development. We highly recommend these lessons to any parent looking to introduce their child to swimming or expand their child's swimming skills.

Even though the party time window is a bit short, I do appreciate that they have the option to shut the place down for private events. They also provide a private party room for your group to use, which is really convenient. The indoor pool is actually warm (which I truly appreciate, because I've been to plenty of places that claim their pools are "warm" when they definitely are not). There's also a section where kids have to pass a swim test to receive a bracelet, which allows them access to the deeper area and the inflatable play zone. There are plenty of lifeguards on duty, so it always feels safe, and they provide life jackets as well. All kids are required to wear approved life vests while in the water. I also like that there are showers right by the pool, along with doors that lead directly into the men's and women's locker rooms and bathrooms. It makes it easy to enter and exit from both the indoor and outdoor areas, although parents should definitely keep an eye on their kids since there are multiple exit points. One thing to note is that they're pretty strict about party timing. If you go over your allotted time, they may not always remind you, but they will charge you afterward. I really wish they had separate designated party time and swim time, because it can feel rushed trying to fit everything in at once. Overall, it's a nice place to take the kids. They also offer swim lessons and other programs, which is a plus. The only downside is that some of the front desk staff seem young and occasionally don't have clear answers to specific questions. This wasn't our first visit and definitely won't be our last.

So I asked the gentleman at the front desk and he casually goes, "yeah it's like that every summer." Sir... why was this information guarded like classified military intel?! So bam... hit the weights first trying to look athletic for absolutely nobody, then made my way outside to the pool. Let me tell you something... night swimming with nobody around feels like you accidentally rented out a millionaire's backyard. Quiet, peaceful, and not one kid cannonballing directly next to your face while you're trying to have a spiritual moment floating under the stars. I almost stayed until they kicked me out. This gym honestly has some awesome employees too. Amber always comes in with that motivational energy like she's coaching Rocky before a title fight. Then there's Keith moving around the floor like a gym FBI agent making sure dumbbells make it back home safely. Dude cares about the place and it shows. Now parking... whew. Between 4-7pm it's basically the Hunger Games. Once you see headlights backing out you better commit immediately and believe in yourself. But after 9pm? Different universe. Feels like you own the place. Wide open equipment, peaceful vibe, and enough room to finally do lunges without accidentally ending up in somebody's protein shake.

LOL personally I've been coming here since the gym opened in 2019, machines break down they get fixed, sauna whirlpools, same thing. Things break down and they get fixed, what's important to me is cleanliness, the gym is spotless. Super clean. Since 2019. I don't get it, but it's real, the atmosphere is nice, locker rooms are well above average, nice and relaxing, showers are clean as well. Very good. Honestly hearing that staff aren't professional from others seems to be an occurring thing for every other gym, and since this is MY review and MY experiences all I have to say is that this gym doesn't give ME any issue, since 2019. I don't ask for any perks or special benefits for being a "loyal member" I'm just a guy that likes to lift and takes it to a higher level and makes it a lifestyle. The only thing I'd like to see a change to, is the hours. I wish the gym would stay open until 12:00 AM 7 days a week, that or Monday-Friday. I feel like this would benefit the gym and its members a lot. The gym is super clean. There are rules and people use their good judgment upon them staff aren't up your arse about them either. Use your phones I mean the sandals make sense as well as gym bags there are lockers upstairs for you to put your bags to create less clutter on the floor. Compare this to lifetime and the only thing is time. Over there it's open 5-12am vs here whenever they open until 10pm. Yikes!!!!! Other than that I mean lifetime is overcrowded, and grimy super dirty, yuck. I don't know maybe the villas should just stay open until 10:00 pm. LOL I like the exclusivity and really the gym is quite nice during the hot days relaxing at the pool. Amazing gym. Would stay here/workout here at later times if I could

It's a nice facility if you don't want to utilize the almost non existent free weight area. There were 2 flat benches, 3 inclines (one of which could not be adjusted due to missing knob) and one seated bench which was missing the seat. I waited 25 minutes for a bench and never did get one. There was almost 2 rows of missing weights 20-35 lbs I believe and as there were only 4 people using the weights, not sure what to think. For $40 (my fully equipped club charges $25 day pass as does the fully equipped 24 hr fitness nearby I expected a more fully equipped gym. There were a lot of cardio and fitness machines if that's what you are looking for but if you are looking for a free weight fitness program, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I mentioned the broken benches and missing weights to the front desk and he is "going to let the fitness director know" - shouldn't they already know? Anyway spent too much money and didn't really get a decent workout. Just spoke with club ambassador Rocco - he reached out regarding my experience. He explained that I was there during their busy time and they are repairing the benches and will be expanding their free weights areas in the near future. Felt better that I was heard and the club was already working on a solution.
