Just try and get someone on the phone. I have not once been able to. Or an email back? Good luck! The customer service is really bad here. And looking at the other reviews, it's evident the management doesn't seem to care. I have played at the Gardner Village location here and there over the years. I got to the first game of this season early because I know a lot of times waivers are necessary before play. Went to sign the waiver and it's online only- okay fine. But then I can't sign in. I request a password reset. And it errors out- "Token expired". I try again and again. The desk attendant was not very helpful. I kept having to ask him what I should do and it was me suggesting things rather than him leading me to a solution. To which he would just say "uhh... no we can't do that because xyz." Very frustrating. & I ended up being late to the game. Finally he told me he'd give me a pass for today but I'd need to sign the waiver when I got home. So I try again when I get home and still can't. Here's the error I get. "Phone number Phone Number must be 10 digits" .... On a password reset form...? Additionally the refs asked us for ref fees in the middle of the game- something I was never told about when I was asked if I wanted to sign up for the house team. ********* All the blunders I could deal with if the service was okay. But today I even started out my conversation at the desk by saying, "I'm not sure if I'm wearing the right color, I called and wasn't able to reach anybody." And a guy who looked like a manager or owner laughed me off joking about the color not mattering too much. Like dude, answering the phone is a very basic expectation for a customer to have of a business. It's all good to make jokes, but I have tried several times over the years to call this place during business hours- I have also emailed, and I have never once heard back. That is not cool. People are spending their money here- and it's a joke to you guys. Cool. Guess that's what happens when you have Oligopolyâ„¢!

Just one of multiple injuries that weren't taken seriously.

My husband and I have been playing here for 3 years, but the risks are starting to outweigh the benefits. The refs are slow to control games and so there seems to be a fight or retaliatory plays almost every time we've been here. At this point we've had players be called disgusting and sexist names, recieve serious injuries, be physically harassed, and even a few death threats. When we've complained, it seems that our complaints fall upon deaf ears. When bringing up a very serious situation in which one of our players was grabbed by the throat and told, "I'm going to kill you" we were told by the owner that the video quality of their recordings is too poor to tell if that situation was real. However, when a previous ref playing against us complained, we were told by the same owner that he would be reviewing the video footage to see if we were playing "unsafe". The double standards applied to teams is astounding. At this point we've had a broken arm, a broken finger, a torn ACL, multiple concussions, high ankle sprain, bruised and bloody ankles, and mandatory chiropractic visits. This seems a high price to pay in addition to the steep season fees. All of these injuries could have easily be avoided by good reffing, managing games before they get out of hand, and management that actually cares about it's patrons. Unless you want to pay for hospital bills in addition to team fees, I'd look elsewhere.

Jenny the awful ref texting the whole game instead of doing her job

Unfortunately Soccer Post is the store that my child's soccer club chose to fulfill their uniform orders and I have had nothing but either radio silence or bull crap answers since I placed my order. Quick timeline of events: 6.9.23 Placed an order for the kit that I was told we have to have. 8.14.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 8.19.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 8.21.23 Called store and asked status and received some BS answer that someone from my club was at the warehouse today and they'd have them grab it and blah blah blah. 9.9.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 9.13.23 Received some blanket BS email from Soccer Post that another company went out of business and they're swamped with orders and they're going to get orders shipped out within the next week. Today is 10.23.23 and I have yet to see nor hear anything about my order that was placed almost 5 months ago. The fall season is also over, so what purpose to I "need" this uniform??

When I was told my jerseys were in house they had not printed them and when I told them I will wait he told me I would be waiting at least 2 hours. Terrible customer service, I certainly hope our club never uses this company again. I will also add that when I told him I was unhappy he said that our club should have never signed with them to begin with and they have no expectation of them using them again, this shows they do not value their customers at all.

There are plenty of concessions available. The home games are VERY family-friendly. The main jumbotron is on the south end of the pitch, where the home team's boosters beat drums, sing songs and lead chants in support of the team. The home games are a lot of fun. They're even more fun at this moment, because the team is very good. The game against Houston Dynamo on July 3 put the team back into a virtual tie for first place in the Western Conference. And the post-game fireworks, during which they let the fans onto the pitch, were terrific. Real Salt Lake is Utah's only professional football team and its games are well worth attending.

When she showed them her ticket and pointed out her belongings were still sitting next to her seat the woman replied "she didn't care. Find somewhere else to sit". My daughter's friend went to get security only to be told "there was nothing he could do". They showed him their tickets and even the people around them telling the security guard "Louis" that my daughter and her friends were sitting there. He told them they needed to leave or be escorted out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Oh it gets worse! After standing at the top of the stadium in the 97° heat for a good portion of the game, my daughter and her friends decided to go buy another drink. (Who would take their standing seats). While standing in line, my daughter's friend PASSES OUT AND HITS HIS HEAD ON THE CONCRETE. Look it up! There is an incident report. The police and ambulance came. Heat exhaustion really? Could that be from STANDING AT THE TOP OF THE STADIUM FOR SO LONG? Did I mention my daughter and her friends were separated from the adult in their group because my daughter's friend had on the opposing team's jersey? What kind of shit show is this? My daughter is traumatized and said she never wants to go to another REAL game ever again. It was awful.

The administration of this league is awful. I have had terrible experience after terrible…read moreexperience. The only reason that I have kept trying was for my son. Background, my son has been playing for the same coach for the last couple of years. Our son really likes her and we think she is doing a great job of teaching our son. The coach decided, for reason of her own, to switch leagues to West Jordan Youth Soccer(WJYS). We decided to follow along for the reasons I already stated. Ran into roadblock number 1. Our son is born in late 2014. For the previous league, they grouped by school year. So, our son was fine. In WJYS, no leeway. Either the coach moves up to coach 2014 children and then plays up all of the 2015 children or no dice. We spoke with the coach and she graciously agreed to coach a 2014 team. Wonderful, problem solved. So, we signed up our son and indicated that he be placed with the coach. Fast forward to now, just got notified from our coach that she got the roster and my son is not on her team. WJYS has no easy way to contact anyone. If your go to their main page, there is a single email address: registrar@wjysoccer.com. No phone number. When I contacted them about the first problem, the only person that proved helpful was the coach, not WJYS, they have been zero help throughout this process. At this point, I can't even get a refund. they make it VERY clear when you sign up. Again, the only reason we moved was to stay with the coach. If it wasn't for the fact that I have actually seen games being played, I would assume that I have been scammed by WJYS. UPDATE: Heard back from WJYS that our coach was given a 2015 team which is why my son was not placed on her team. When I told the coach what had happened, the coach sent me screencaps of the email chain between her and WJYS where she requested to coach a 2014 team and gave WJYS my son's name and few other 2014 players that she wanted to make sure were placed on her team. No explanation from WJYS on what happened, just regurgitating their rules. As stated above, the only reason my son (and most of the team) signed up for WJYS was to follow the coach. And WJYS doesn't care. Just so long as they get their money. NOTE: if someone from WJYS actually cares enough to read this, I will happily provide the information I have.
