The building says 'Sport City'. I came here to support someone who was participating in a jujitsu tournament on a Saturday. I was lucky to find a parking spot, it was surprisingly busy. The tournament was held on some mats set up on like an indoor turf field. There is also plenty of gym space for basketball or potentially volleyball, but it was blocked off at the time. My low rating has to do with the cleanliness of the facility, I understand that it's a weekend and that people were kind of concentrated in one small area, but the trash cans were absolutely overflowing which was gross. I feel like they should have had some staff perhaps to help keep the area more tidy. Especially because some people were there all day long, it would've been the least someone could do. read more

One of the nicer indoor box lacrosse venues we have visited. Facility was clean and in good repair. The house was staffed adequately and parking was easy. It's located near a lot of different hotels and restaurants so I would say the location is ideal. Would be happy to come back here for another box lax tournament! read more

This place has gone down hill! Way down hill!! The people that work here have become arrogant snobs! The office lady treats people with zero respect and talks down to them. They act as if they are the only game in town. Now that they Cater to so many sports, business is good. Unfortunately once they make enough people mad, business won't be as good. This place now SUCKS! Becky is going to be a good part of why Business will go down here eventually, all we need is a few more places to open up in the valley. This place has horrible fields you fall on the turf field you will get some kind of infection. The turf field is literally peeling and trips you while playing the scheduler is awful as they can change your games a the last min any day you will need to play or be available. Refs are not protected from players who have gotten threaten by player they write up reports and to protect them self and other good friendly league players that are really there to laugh have some fun kick around the ball. This place Sport City (new name) has become over and over a joke the original owners seem to be good people but now years have passed they all most stop caring about the ref or the people who come to there building to have a great time. THINGS NEED TO CHANGE FROM MANAGEMENT to new rules in each league and division. If play at high level and you don't know how to control yourself in low league don't play don't allow 1st division to mix with friendly league sadly this needs to happen. It does ruin it for those smart and mature people who want to have fun are amazingly skill full. But THINGS NEED TO CHANGE HERE ! When this open and you had Rick and KAYELLE running it things were so much better. Also teenagers at the front desk isn't helpful and adult with year of experience needs to be at the front. These kids know nothing and nope take them seriously they are on phone most of the time they hear yelling they don't move to help ref. People get seriously injured they don't come to help at all or check to make sure. They don't even have ice for injuries. That some so little that could make players feel care for and and taking care of by this business. It just so sad how such an amazing place has gone down so badly and the owners just don't care and just like the paycheck only. A lot of soccer players worked hard to help the city approve this place and to see this happen is so upsetting for those who were here for day one. And trust a lot of people would return if things change back to they way that they were run. But over and over again no change. read more

Soccer city does have pretty nice facility, but it saddens me that their staffs are way below the benchmark. The employees at the front desk don't invest in the concerns of the players. They take the easy-way out when it comes to managing the fairness of the games/divisions despite the players' high expectations from how much they are paying. It is disappointing when players' suggestions to improve the overall experience is met by an argumentative attitude by the staff. If you have low expectations to just kick a ball around, then go here, but I will not be joining another league here. If I could give 0 stars to bring down the rating at Soccer City I would! This place is a complete joke of a facility. They refs are absolutely the worst I've seen. This is the second season we've played at Soccer City, which is our fault for not realizing that they wouldn't fix the issues after the first season. The problem is not that the refs are just bad but they also let things escalate between teams, and before you know it there are fights breaking out during the game which could seriously get someone injured or arrested because they are just there to make their $15. Also beware when signing up that if a refs will occasionally shows up late and you still pay the full $15 ref fees. If a team forfeits, Soccer City doesn't care! So basically you pay $70 (single game fee) to go stand around with friends at 11:30 at night. Seems reasonable that we be refunded that money in my eyes. They will randomly change your team's schedule the week of and simple send an email after people on your team have made arrangements to be there. These are the experiences we've had after a total of 11 games. And don't worry about making a complaint at the front desk because, the "person you need to REALLY talk to" is never there, making it easy for them to avoid all responsibility. This was a great place for the kids to come play soccer but it's gone DOWN hill. The staff couldn't literally care less about the players, the ref's don't care a whole lot more even if your child is assaulted. It's really unfortunate, this could be such a great facility if they just gave a damn. But within an hour it's beyond evident that they are only there to collect money and even that's half assed. The facility itself is pretty nice. It kept very clean and in good repair. It's a great place if your not counting on the staff (who wouldn't help someone that's been shot) to help in any way. Maybe we will luck out and the owner will move to the Congo or Nigeria where like minded people can discuss the safety of childern. Then a new owner could can the ass hats that run the place and get some folks (god help us, and new refs) who want to be there and have an interest in the game. Was told to email them to schedule a time, the week after after not having received a reply I called only to be told that they don't do laser tag anymore. The least they could have done would be to tell their front staff this wasn't an option anymore, and that's not even mentioning that scheduling information for Laser Tag is still on their website. Soccer City has been a great addition to the valley as it is a great location for indoor soccer. I have enjoyed playing at Soccer City the past several years. The refs do their best and handle situations well. The management keeps the place very clean. The turf is good, but make sure you have a good pair of indoor soccer shoes with really good traction. My only complaint is I wish I could wear my cleats. I ended up buying some really good indoor shoes, with great traction, and that has helped tremendously as I don't slip on the turf anymore. read more

Cool facility but they are drastically understaffed. They seem to be slammed (thus, making a lot of money) so hiring one more person at the front would make a massive difference for the customers while minimally impacting their bottom line. Don't go here for drop in soccer. The regulars try not to let newcomers play and no one from the facility monitors the game to make sure the format is followed. The vibe is very negative and demanding despite the quality from those players being fairly low. I don't know about you but I play pick up sports for the freedom and fun. There are 2 things that disappoint me about Soccer City: 1. One of the big draws of this facility was supposed to be that it's climate controlled. It is not. Playing here during the summer has been absolutely miserable. Their idea of climate control is opening doors to let the outside air in. 2. I've played soccer my whole life and I can honestly say these referees are the worst refs I've ever had. I haven't had a single game at Soccer City where I thought the refs were doing a decent job. I'm not just saying this because they make bad calls against my team, but they also make bad calls for my team. I've witnessed and played in way too many games that have almost ended in brawls because the refs will not take control of a game and make the correct calls. The ref fees are way too high for the quality of work they do. Overall, this facility is a big disappointment. I will not be bringing any of my teams back to Soccer City unless changes are made. Oh and something minor that bugs me is there are only 2 drinking fountains in the whole facility (2 indoor soccer fields and 2 futsol courts/4 volleyball courts/2 basketball courts) and they are on the same side of the building. It's good that you can rent the field per hour. It's also good that they have open play for those of us that can't commit to pay a league. The staff is nice. My only problem is that the fields are getting worse rapidly, I understand it's not cheap to maintain turf but a little more care would go a long way. read more

Poorly ran. All they seem to care about is money. Adult men's league anyone can play regardless if they're signed up for that team or not. Often we play teams that have players that just show up. The referees are atrocious. I have taken my business to other places in the area. read more

All the negative comments are spot on. This place could not get any worst at everything. They don't follow their own rules, they don't care about anything and the refs, Ha just a complete joke. After some other soccer games where the middle area was full of basketball games, I'm less impressed. The way the whistles blow on the basketball court are so loud and distracting, watching my kids soccer game was very disappointing. I'm sure the setup makes more money but only works as a player, not as a parent of a youth team. Bring ear plugs if you are watching a game. Or Tylenol. read more

I have been coming here for years but the level of disrespect by the employees was inexcusable. There was a gentleman named Juan that works the front desk that insisted on trash talking and back talking teams while they were playing while intentionally sitting on the opposing teams bench and cheering them on. He got in a confrontation with several players which resulted in one person getting ejected but no actions were taken against him and his response was "what are you going to do? I work here." You should be supporting and respecting all the individuals in your place of work because they are the reason you even have a job. read more

Nice facility and great concept but be aware. Highest fees around, each season is only 7 games where other locations are about 30% cheaper for 8 games. Worse referees anywhere by far, old guys that barley run around and can hardly see. I have seen a referee go to the restroom during a game at two different futsal games, leaving the game to the other ref. Refs start the game clock right away while teams are not even ready, cutting playing time short. Facility needs to add 5 minutes between games to allow a switch over. Schedule is always changing so parents cannot plan. Never try the youth walk ins and open play, waste of money and poorly organized. I don't think this place will stay in business due to the poor way it operates, evident by trying to sucker in volleyball, tennis, and basketball... They are scrambling for revenue which they screwed up by piss poor management of soccer and futsal. read more

What a great place for soccer in the middle of winter. There should be more places like this in the valley. I recently came here for my nieces soccer games and was amazed at how large and crowded this place was but they seem to have it down to clock work in getting the most out of the facility as they can. The only suggestions would be to upgrade the ventilation system for obvious reasons and bring in a couple extra bleacher seats for the middle fields. I hope this place is maintained going forward. For some reason I can see them just letting it become like an old Walmart from the 90's that haven't been renovated. I know that is a little apples to beach balls comparison but I think you get point. However, it's a great place today. read more

I have played here for 2 years now, it's a Great Facility and has great Management; but really poor officiating! It so bad I have witnessed multiple fights because the ref couldn't get the games under control. Way to many no calls (because their buddies) They have allowed the games to get so out of hand, that people are getting hurt.
