I wish that I could give two different ratings for Lets Clean; One for the actual cleaning and one for the customer service. I contacted Lets Clean to schedule services after purchasing a great deal on Groupon ($45 for two man-hours of cleaning). After two weeks (I was told my e-mail went into the spam filter) I got a response and I asked for a Sat. date after 11:00am. I was told that they could come at 10:00am instead, but I was fine with that because I know it's difficult to schedule cleaning on the weekend. At 10:45am I called check-in to see what time they would be coming (I have an infant and was trying to time her nap around the service) and was told by Belen that they actually had me down for 11:00am instead, but the ladies would be on their way shortly. (I was told she had some new staff working and that some of the scheduling was a little off). I said that was fine. At 12:45am I called again and left a message. I got an e-mail back saying that they were held up and would be there soon. I probably would have been fine with them being even later then expected if they would have contacted me to keep me informed instead of me having to keep calling to check-in. They finally arrived at 1:15pm (three hours later than I expected). The good news is that the actual service was very good (I had Dinora and Rosy). I just had them clean my kitchen and one bathroom (both in need of good cleaning) and they did a very nice job and were able to finish within the hour. They were even quiet enough that my daughter slept though most of it. So if I could, I'd give the actual service four stars and two stars for the customer service. I definitely would have used them again, but the lack of communication has turned me off. read more

If you are super flexible with the date and time of service, and can wait at home 24/7 all the time for the cleaning ladies to arrive, go ahead. Otheriwise, stay away from this poorly organized company. Completely waste of time! They show zero respect to the customer! Give you an example: I made a reservation 4 weeks ahead scheduling for a service on a Saturday morning, and I explained I have to go to work from Monday to Friday and appreciate the cleaning appointment on weekends. 2 days before the service day they finally confirmed by email the date I reserved. The afternoon before the service day they sent an email confirming the time I requested, but 3 hours later they changed the time with no sign of apology, and then 30 mins later they sent another email changing to another day (Monday) still with no sign of apology. This all happened through email in a rude manner. Completely one way communication and not like a negotiation. I have experienced this ridiculous reservation process every time with this company, so in total three times. I am done giving them any more chances. They don't show any respect to the customers! Questions to Let's clean: 1. How hard is it for you to call your customer if you need to change their reservations a couple of times? In case you didn't know the benefit of communicating with your customers, you can give your customer an opportunity to reschedule to a time working for them, instead of you just assign them another app time. 2. How hard is it to have a calendar and bucket your crew into time blocks for each day, and when you customer calls and wants to make a reservation, you just pull out that calendar and either tell them the time is available and their reservation is successful, or the time is not available and you help them find another time working for both sides? Instead make them wait until a few hours ahead of the service day and tell them yes/no through your magic email? read more

We used Let's Clean for a move-out cleaning and Maria and Zendaya did a great job. All of the surfaces, floors, appliances, and cabinets were immaculate. I requested that they clean our vents too and they did, and they were pretty gross before. The price was very reasonable and helped us get our security deposit back. We had a wonderful experience with Let's Clean last week. In all honesty, we recently got married and in all of the wedding madness let our house get really dirty. My new husband and I decided that it would take us forever to get caught up, and finally decided to reach out and get some help. I called to get a price quote and talked to Belen, who was incredibly helpful and upfront about their pricing and cleaning services. (I recommend taking a look at their website before calling, as I knew ahead of time what questions she would be asking during our call.) They were very flexible in booking a time, and when the day came for our cleaning, the two ladies they sent (Teresa and Laura) arrived right on time. We headed off to work and when we arrived home that day, we couldn't believe our eyes. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was incredible. They deep cleaned the bathroom, the blinds, the baseboards, vacuumed our sofas -- not an area was missed. To top things off, my husband had lost a sentimental watch a few months earlier. We don't know where they found it, but it was sitting on our table when we arrived home. I almost cried when I saw it, because of the kindness and honesty of these two women. We will never forget this positive experience, and will absolutely be back next time we need a little help catching up on our cleaning. Thank you, Teresa, Laura and Belen. NOTE: Their pricing structure is hourly, so you have to provide them your credit card in advance, and they will contact you to charge it once your home is cleaned and they know exactly how long it took. I purchased the Yelp deal for Lets Clean Services, $100 for $140. Two ladies came to my house on time, with their own supplies and promptly started to work. They were very nice and considerate, and did a great job. I have a 1500 sq ft townhouse, 3 floors, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They finished in a little over an hour. Also Belen was quick to respond to my emails and questions when we set up the appointment. And also reached out after the cleaning. I would recommend Lets Clean Services and will use them again in the future. read more

Ok, so I really hate to admit it....but my house was DIRTY!!! Our house ha been in our family for 40+ years and let me just say there are spots and spaces that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in about that long. Well....Ana & Violet came in and cleaned grime that I just couldn't seem to get up no matter how hard I tried! They were gracious, hard working and did a really good job. I contacted Let's Clean for a deep cleaning of an apartment I was vacating, specifically asking them to concentrate on the kitchen and bathrooms. Belen responded promptly to my initial email asking follow-up questions, and quickly followed with a quote (which turned out to be exceptionally accurate). She then followed up a few days before the scheduled date to confirm. I wasn't at the apartment during the cleaning, but surveyed the results and was immensely impressed. The cleaners were incredibly detailed, even finding a reusable bag that had fallen behind the refrigerator (which I missed when moving my belongings). While the terms of the quote were a little different, the overall result was exactly as Belen estimated. Belen initially provided that three people would clean at a rate of $105 per hour (basically $35 per person) and that it would take 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Actually it was 2 people at a rate of $70 per hour (still $35 per person) and it took 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend Let's Clean and have already passed on their information to several friends of mine. This was my first time using a cleaning service, and I was impressed by the level of detail and service provided at an affordable price. read more

The first time I used a Let's Clean, I was impressed. The second time however, not so much. First off I was charged for two hours of cleaning, however my boyfriend was at the house and said they left before an hour and a half. I let them know that they did leave early and was credited the difference, but I was annoyed that I was charged for two hours. Would that happen again if we didn't happen to be in the house? As for the cleaning, it was not something I would pay for. There were hair balls all over the stairs from where the vacuum had gathered hair, but it wasn't thoroughly picked up or gone over again to get it all. Also, the dusting was sub-par and there were spots where there was no dusting at all. Instead, what had been scrubbed clean were two cookie sheets I had inside my oven--not on the list to be cleaned. It would have been nice for the cleaning people to ask my boyfriend who was in the house if we wanted our cookie sheets scrubbed, but for the money, spending an hour cleaning the cookie sheets (which weren't even out) vs dusting and vacuuming wasn't a good way for me to spend $150. Also, three Gatorades were missing and the empty Gatorade bottles were placed on the counter when they left (maybe to let us know they took them?) I have no problem giving anyone water or Gatorade, but they did not ask and those were actually for a race we had coming up that weekend. Again, totally happy and willing to give anything if asked, but just taking something from the pantry is not ok. When I told them I was disappointed, I was asked to give them another shot--but I would have to pay for them to come out again. No thank you. I was not impressed with their service, their quote of hours worked, not their response to my complaint. Needless to say I will not be doing business with them again. read more

Both ladies were very nice, efficient and cleaned our house from top to bottom. They spent extra time cleaning out the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. I've been spectacle of cleaning services for quite some time and get nervous of the fact that strangers are coming into my home. As I saw "let's clean" had decent reviews and a coupon I figured I would give them a shot. I'm sure glad I did because they have been very responsive, professional and cleaned the heck out of my apartment. I really couldn't have been happier with our results and will continue using this cleaning service in the future. Prices are not bad either considering the quality clean you are getting, well worth it! My fiancé was home during our first cleaning and said the two women were extremely fast, efficient and friendly. They even played and talked to our kitties which I thought was cute. read more

I used this service because I had a groupon but in all actuallity, the groupon didn't help much in the long run. I took everyone's advice and asked for them to come on a weekday and it actually worked. However, there were still schedule issues. The phone etiquette was quick, not too good, not too bad as well. Make sure you contact them in advance and give them your coupon info. They arrived maybe 15 minutes late but thats not bad given the area and commute. They came ready for work and no discussion. I felt like I was bothering them by telling them I wanted the baseboards focused on. There were two ladies. Once that was established, they went to work. They never asked how many hours I wanted or anything so I would recommend you telling them in advance, otherwise you will end up stopping them in the middle of their work like I did. Their work is excellent. I mean they cleaned the furniture, I'm talking COUCHES, which was unexpected, ceilings, shower, etc. They did a great job on three floors and 3 hours. Mind you, there are no pets or kids and its a fairly new home so it wasn't a mess as it was but to clean hardwood floors, carpets, etc., in that amount of time was great. Be aware that a tip is expected so that kind of threw me. I have never used this type of service so to me the fee is already high enough. Everything requires a tip nowadays! But overall, their service is good, I wouldn;t say great. I need to check out another company to compare. Oh yea, you have to cancel like DAYS in advance or they charge you extra, which is what offset the groupon. I mean anything can happen, so I thought that to be not cool at all. I purchased a Living Social deal. Great deal and I HIGHLY recommend this company for your cleaning needs. They were able to fit me in for a saturday within the week!! It's hard to find a cleaning company that will fit you in the same week that you call much less a saturday. I got both an email and a phone confirmation.they made sure the ladies knew what to focus on before they got here. The ladies did a fantastic job - they were able to clean a LOT for the 1.5 hours worth of the voucher, the only thing they missed was the actual toilet seat top part, i asked them to clean those and they did. I had a move-out cleaning done at an older apartment in Courthouse. The refrigerator, oven, and cabinets are included in their move-out package which is priced by the hour. That is not standard with some of the other companies in the area which I feel is important to note! When I called to set up the appointment they honored the yelp deal I saw on this page which was I think $25 for $40 worth of service. They just applied it as a discount. The ladies did an awesome job cleaning and even folded the toilet paper into a cute little seashell. All surfaces and floors were spotless and the kitchen looked spectacular. They were even able to get some stains off of the stove-top that I was certain were there to stay. The only complaint I have is that they did not wipe down the walls. In retrospect I am sure if I had asked them to they would have, no problem. I am considering getting them as a bi-monthly service at my new place they were so great. read more

I purchased a move out cleaning from Let's Clean to help prepare the condo I was moving out of. Jasmin and Maritza did a fantastic job cleaning up the kitchen (inside and out of appliances too!), the bathrooms, and the bedrooms also! Scheduling the cleaning was a piece of cake, and was done through Yelp!. The invoice for the cleaning arrives after everything is settled, but there were no surprises given the hourly ($75/hr) rate they quoted me for to start. I was very pleased with the communication and the cleaning and will certainly plan on using Let's Clean in the future! read more

Used Let's Clean for the first time recently and was very pleased -also purchased a Yelp Deal for their services. The ladies did an excellent job and came at the promised time. They work on Saturdays which is always a plus to me. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is b/c scheduling was a little bit of a hassle. They somehow had us in the system for 2 cleanings in 1 week, but it was caught by someone in their office - though they did threaten to charge a cancellation fee, which I found off putting since it was their error. Nonetheless, they were quick to fix the mistake. I do plan to use them again. read more

I was very unhappy with the services provided by Lets Clean. They are overpriced and don't do a very thorough job when it comes to cleaning. I am the kind of person that hires a cleaning company so I don't have to clean myself, and unfortunately, after the ladies left, I saw many areas that were still dusty and it looks like they rushed. I should have watched them more. Also after they left, I noticed that my VERY expensive glass box that I use to hold little items on my dresser was broken. Without giving away too many details, I would NOT RECOMMEND their services. Take your money elsewhere. read more

Evelyn and Teresa do an excellent job. My first experience with Lets Clean was because I had a groupon. They did a good job. I then asked if they could clean my home on a bi-weekly basis. They were able to do that within my budget. In there bi-weekly cleaning, they do an even a more through job because there isn't a time limit. I have 2 year twins, and they cleaned all the fingerprints off of the windows. The place was much cleaner that I would ever been able to get it. I liked Evelyn and Teresa so much that I asked for them to come on a regular basis. read more

They did an amazing job and really went above and beyond their duties. I chose this service based on the great reviews from Yelp and their cheap pries. MISTAKE!! Please read this entire thing - you will be amazed. I have never had a cleaning service before, so really did not know what to expect. First, the girls went to the wrong address, when they finally showed up at the correct address, an hour after the time I was given, they spoke no English. I opened the door and they walked right past me and began exploring my home. I tried to introduce myself to one of them, and asked what I needed to do/if they would change the sheets on the bed. Communication was futile, and the bed was made but not changed. When they left I was happy with the results but later noticed that the baseboards had not been wiped down and there were still cobwebs in the corners - things I thought every cleaning service took care of. Then the girl told their supervisor they had been at my house for 3 hours, instead of the actual 2. When I called back to give the correction, I was told they would need to speak to the girls and call me back later. 7 days and multiple attempts at communication later, I finally received an answer - the girls were sticking to their original story of 3 hours, however, they would only change me for 2. Good. We arranged for monthly cleanings and confirmed the next appointment. I was told I would receive an email with my invoice and, when the time came, a time estimate for the next visit. I never received any emails. The day for the next cleaning arrives - no cleaning service, no emails, no calls/texts. I finally called later in the afternoon. They could not find me in the system using my name or address. They took my number to call me back. A few minutes later they called back to inform me that they had my address wrong in the system, and that I had been scheduled for Thursday instead of Tuesday. Considering I work every Thursday there is no possibility that I scheduled for that day. They agreed to come the following day. I asked why I had not received any emails from them and asked for my initial invoice - they had my email address wrong in the system as well as my address. I gave them my correct email address and they said I would receive an email with my initial invoice and one the next day with a time estimate. The next day arrives. I receive no emails. I call around noon to get a time so I could perhaps run to the store. They give me a time and I again ask why I had not received any emails. This time they have NO email for me in the system. I give them my email AGAIN. The girls showed up 15min late. I received my first email (!!) with my current invoice and a link to pay online. The pay online site asks me to login using my email address and password. What password? There is no link to register anywhere on the page. I email them back asking for the password, and once again asked for the initial cleaning invoice. They email back, "did you register yet ? you will have to register 1st... you will receive a email with a link in few min." I never got an email with a link to register, or the initial invoice. Finally I call back earlier today, told them I never got the registration email or my initial invoice. They are very confused by this. I tell them I would like to cancel my service. She apologizes but makes no effort to reconcile the issues. I still have not received those 2 emails. If you decide to use this service, good luck. I hope you have more patience than I do. read more

Her team came promptly and simply did a fantastic job on our home. We have severe allergies, so a very thorough cleaning job was necessary for the health of my family and I. Her polite team exceeded our expectations. They cleaned the home from top to bottom in such a thorough manner, my husband and I were shocked. Wow! Truly amazed. We recently had out second baby who had a few medical problems... needless to say our house became quickly messy and disorganized. I finnaly came to the decision there was no way I would catch up with the cleaning and needed help. The staff were promt and courteous. The whole job took 6 hours but it was well worth it. They seem cleaned everything! From under all the furniture to scrubbing the shower faucet with a little scrub brush. Almost nothing went untouched. We had piles of clean laundry they put away and other "stuff". They cleaned the windows, door knobs and even the inside of the trash can. They brought there own supplies- cleaners, sponges, vacume which was so nice. I hate when cleaners use all my paper towels to clean. They brought there own trash bags and took out all the trash after they cleaned. I have a large dog who they were great with and didn't need me to lock up. I was able to schedule quickly and the response to my help questions were also promt. I would deff and will deff use this service again+ Thank you so much for allowing me to have a relaxing weekend without thinking about cleaning! read more

Lets Clean was a pleasure to work with for a recent deep cleaning we had done to prepare for visiting relatives. Owing to impending bad weather, I asked them to change the day of the cleaning, which they were happy and able to accommodate on short notice. Although the ladies were late in arriving (largely my fault for not clearly telling them how to find my condo in a huge complex), they did a great job, worked quickly, and even without asking, the remainder of my bill after the Yelp deal was waived, since the ladies arrived late. We've used several cleaning companies over the years and have usually been "happy enough" since the house was clean and I wasn't the one who had to do it. We always found, after the fact, some item that could have been done better- missed dusting spots, so so job on the floors, etc. Not this time- Let's Clean did a spectacular job all the way through! Our wood floors have never been so clean and new looking, the house smelled wonderful, the surfaces were dusted fully- not around pics and knick knacks- from window sills to baseboards, they were very thorough. we will definitely use them again- their professionalism an promptness were a HUGE plus as well!!
