For us, we were there for open play, which we reserved in advance for $3 per person. They have paddles to rent and balls for purchase. They also have a selection of drinks available to buy if you didn't bring a water bottle. There aren't any workers onsite, but there are cameras everywhere. They monitor everyone that comes in. Out of the 9 total courts, 6 were available for open play. There are baskets organized by DUPR levels where you can reserve your place in line with your paddle. The games can move fast depending on who you're playing with. But with any open play setup without workers, there were definitely some people who abused the system and played "forever" games when they played for an hour straight on the same court. This takes away playing time by other people also there who actually follow the rules. In total, there were about 50 people there for free play when we went. We were able to get our questions answered when we called them, and they also reached out to us when they saw us on the cameras that we were confused in the beginning on how everything worked there. Overall, a great concept and the execution of it wasn't bad. But unfortunately, there was no enforcement of the rules when it came to hogging the open courts which skewed our experience more negative.

There's so much for the kids to do! There are play pens, little ball blasters they can play with, an entire amusement park boat ride, as well as other things. The kids didn't have any boredom, and the staff gave great service, being very attentive to our party's needs and checking in! One of the things I loved most was that the room booked was pre-decorated with an under-the-sea vibe, which ironically went perfectly with our theme. The food was great! I ended up ordering nuggets and fries. Simple, but pretty good! The pizza was good as well, but more may be needed for larger parties! This is a fun spot and convenient for parents with young kids!

When we walked in, the greeting felt a bit cold. As a first-time visitor, I was hoping for a warmer welcome or a quick explanation of how everything works. Instead, I was simply told to scan a barcode to fill out the waiver and that admission would be $17 for my daughter. Once inside, the facility seemed fine and my daughter and I still made the best of our time there. However, I did notice that there are areas of the play space where it's difficult for parents to clearly see where their children are playing, which was a little concerning. The main thing that stood out to me was the lack of customer service. When we left after about 30 minutes, there were two staff members at the check-in desk talking, and we weren't acknowledged or thanked for coming. A simple goodbye or thank you can go a long way. I'm not typically someone who writes reviews to complain, but customer service matters a lot to me. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't see myself returning. Theres even a nice open field to kick a soccer ball or relax on their patio furniture. Really good vibes Pickleball courts are relatively spacious, but low fences. (at least they got good boundaries around the courts) . However there are elevated spots on the courts. Perhaps from previous wear and tear, you can tell someone's tried to patch it up. It doesn't necessarily affect the game, but its not always flush on the ground. Overall I had a great time, at PIckleball social. I didn't pay for renting the spot, but I'd imagine its what you'd expect.

What I really love about the facility is that its a place where everyone can drop in to practice, hang out, build skills or have a friendly game among family and friends. He said sorry, they don't usually keep things for people and that the janitor trashed it. That's the complete opposite of what they told us on the phone. If you want to run a "first-class" facility to take care of players and their families, this is not how you handle things. That bag had over $50 worth of supplies in it we needed. Here there is a check in desk that I believe sells drinks and an joined gear shop. I'm not sure if you can rent equipment or have to purchase it. I reserved our court online and it ranges from about $25-30/hr for the pickleball courts of which there are 4. We were the only ones playing pickleball but ll of the paddleball courts were full. They have some shaded seating and open seating. None of the courts are covered/shaded. There is parking but I could see it getting full. They have bathrooms but I didn't check them out myself. FYI when you're coming in it'll look a bit warehouse-y but just keep driving back lol
