Location for the class was odd being off in the corner from a gym full of kids in a summer camp. Yet once we entered into the cycling studio Dan definitely did bring a more bright and uplifting aura. The music was vibrant and the exercise was nice and challenging. The spin class is every Tuesday at 6:30pm and guest can come every 60 days I think but you can't reserve a spot in the class. You'd have to wait until a spot opens. So that can be a bit nerve wrecking if many come that day. So shoutout to Dan for making the experience amazing!

There was also a bowling alley and it looked like a water slide but it was closed that day. Tennis courts everywhere and pickleball courts too. I didn't see the gym. The food they offered wasn't the greatest for how much they charge but I didn't pay for anything so maybe it was just the food that they provided that was mediocre. We did ask the staff to cook the pizza some more as it was kind of undercooked and doughy and the staff was extremely nice and didn't have a problem helping us out. I spoke to one of the members while I was relaxing in the patio area and he was telling me about all of the events for members that are free with the membership. Really cool place.

I am back to write again about the horrible state of the women's locker room. The entire women's…read morelocker room should be condemned. Almost every single shower is lined with mold. The vents are lined with mold. Most of the lockers rarely work. The carpet may be from when they opened. It's super matted, stained and disgusting. To top it off the sign for westside is dirty. They do an amazing job taking care of all the animals. Matter a fact the animals enclosure are cleaned daily but and they even got new penguins. But they have yet to even redo the women's locker room. To add the indoor hot tub, cold plunge area was redone but is rarely cleaned. There is still grime around the poles and it's generally sopping wet in there with hairs and dirt everywhere. It's unhygienic and unsanitary. Westside please do better. The gym has everything you need. However as far as maintenance of areas and cleanliness it's a 1-Star. Who what's yoninhsle mood while showering. And the cold plunge and hot tub area/pools still reeks of mold. So they may have redone the area but whatever they did did not remove the mold smell that sticks to your body when utilizing the indoor hot tub and indoor cold plunge. Maybe it needs new piping and better extreme ventilation.

Good indoor pickleball facility! Came here for the $5 open play for 1.5 hours (8:30 pm - 10 pm) on…read morea Wednesday night since it was too windy to play outside. The maximum open play players is 36 players and you do not need to a membership to play. I called in ahead of time to get my name on the list but it was not required as there were only 18 people on the list at the time I called (1 hour before the open play began). They accept cash or credit card. The courts are well paved and the outside balls have a nice bounce to them. The courts are well spaced apart so there aren't too many instances of other people's balls rolling into the court. The lights were great as they do not blind you when playing due to the fact that the lights are facing upward instead of downward. There were 6 courts (rolling nets) and there were around 25-30 people in attendance so there was not too long ago a wait between games. I was able to play 5 games in the 1.5 hour open play session. There is pretty good intermediate group of players (with a few advanced competition - the pro working there is a 5.3 DUPR) here so that is a plus for more experienced pickleball players. The only complaint is that the pickleball kitchen line is a bit hard to differentiate from the tennis service line. My only wish was that the open play hours was an hour longer but getting to play 5 games in 1.5 hours isn't bad. I would rate this place 4.5/5 due to the pickleball kitchen line issue but I will round up to 5 stars. Will definitely come back!
