Great in store and online support by Manny will be back any time need my tennis needs!

On several occasions when I log on to Tennis Express I have found several items on clearance for myself and my 6 year old grandson. My last order I found a great deal on K-Swiss and Yonex mens shoes. I also found an Adidas shirt for my grandson. All items were on clearance and were a great price and quality. I will continue to shop Tennis Express online for future items. read more

We really like Tennis Xpress and have been coming back for years. We actually travel about 4 hours to visit every year or two because we enjoy the store and usually spend at least $300 each time we come to buy tennis gear. Unfortunately, we've now had two uncomfortable experiences with an older gentleman named Brett. The first time, we had just arrived at the tennis court and were trying out a demo racquet for maybe 1-2 minutes when he told us we had been there too long and tried to get us to leave the court. The second time, he told us to wait because people were using the court, but when we looked, there was no one actually on the court. We don't know if there was a misunderstanding, but after two similar experiences, we felt like we were being treated differently or singled out. It honestly made us uncomfortable and raised concerns about whether our Asian background had anything to do with it. We hope management can look into this because we genuinely like Tennis Xpress and want to continue supporting the store. We just hope everyone is treated with the same respect and courtesy when they come in. read more

Made the mistake of purchasing tennis shoes without the ability to exchange or return. Although the size is correct, I'm not able to use them due to the shoes running small. Very frustrating and disappointing. Update: thank you for swapping out my shoes for a different brand. read more

My husband wanted a shirt that he saw on the U.S. Open ordered it one day and we received it within five days after the order was placed. However, there was a second shirt. He also liked from the U.S. Open that he ordered, and it was on backorder for a while. He really wanted this shirt and waited. However, Brad Burt from the Customer Service department, investigated with the vendor, called me back to inform me the extra large shirt he needed was no longer being made, gave us new options that we took and he placed the order today for delivery to be soon. Some of the best customer service and a great personality and follow through. I have received in a while 10 out of 10. read more

Their staff is fairly kind but very knowledgeable about their products! Would definitely recommend if looking to get into the sport, dust off old skills etc. read more

As a casual tennis player, Tennis Express is a shopping paradise for me. They have all the rackets, clothes, and shoes you could possibly need to go out and start hitting. I love that they have an indoor court for you to demo their rackets! I got a Wilson Blade from here a while ago because of a trade-in special they were having and I was very happy with the level of service received and the stringing. I also enjoy getting shoes from here. The workers are happy to answer any questions you have regarding shoes and will bring out as many boxes necessary for you to try. The only complaint I have is their shoe "benches." They are super tall for no reason and make putting on shoes incredibly inconvenient and difficult. I think they should replace them with lower seating to improve the customer experience. Other than that, definitely stop by here for all of your tennis needs. read more

I recently purchased a racket from Tennis Express and had a great experience. Their selection and shipping were excellent. I forgot to use my discount code and sent an email to customer service. Sophia immediately got back to me and applied my discount. I also found a very useful Tennis Racket Advisor tool online that helped narrow down the right racket based on my playing style before ordering. Tennis Express was what I need in order to get a couple of tennis rackets restrung. They are located right outside of beltway 8. They have plenty of free parking. The cost to string each racket is $20.00 each. A bit costly but hey I needed to have it done. I left the rackets and went back the next day to pick them up. The service was good. read more

Had ordered tennis racket and had to return first one due to damage it had. Second one came in and came in damaged again. Quality control is poor. Service is also poor. Ordered a pair of On Roger Pro 2 sneakers. Received them on time. Tried them on and they felt fine. Wore them for about an 30 minutes going from home to the tennis courts, and started to feel pain at the 5th metatarsal. I Googled the sneakers to see if it was me or others were experiencing the same issue. There were already several posts about the same issue. I contacted T.E. and asked if they could provide the contact information for On USA so I could provide feedback about the manufacturing defect. They said they didn't have a contact for me to call. The rep said if it was uncomfortable to simply return the sneakers for credit. I returned the sneakers and received an email that they were charging me a 20% restocking fee because the shoes were not clean. I contacted CS and explained the email I received never indicated I needed to "clean" the sneakers. Otherwise, I would have. After going back and forth with the rep and her "Supervisor", she agreed to give a full refund because of the email I received that didn't mention or require I clean the sneakers. I figured they were going to send them to On for inspection. read more
