There's hardly a wait each time I go, and the staff is really helpful and nice. I always take in a sample of pool water and they do a fancy water test for free. From this test the guys give me a step-by-step set of instructions on what chemicals to add to my pool. I walk out each time not overspending on things that I don't need and I have the feeling that I can conquer this pool cleaning thing. I'm going to start seeing the savings soon from taking care of the pool myself. Plus I get a pretty good workout and it's all because the staff at pinch a penny are there to walk me through this pool maintenance journey I've embarked on. See you guys next week!

Custom design, with wetedge surface, and screened enclosure. The pool looks great and I love. I would recommend them again. Only 4 out of 5 stars for the following reasons: -a couple of pieces of tile were installed chipped -Gave NO hardware documentation, which is causing a HUGE pain when trying to register for the manufacture warranty. I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.
