Sales told me everything exactly how I wanted to hear it. Also assured me if things didn't work out returning everything wouldn't be an issue. I took a video of my property to the sales professional who assured me that we would have no issues and everything was going to be great. We bought everything they recommended. All this back on March 31 because they kept pushing that prices would go up in April. They informed us that install would be mid-April beginning of June. Here we are almost in July and we finally got someone to come out last Friday from the dig team. This guy made it seem like he was going to be digging up Mount Everest in our backyard and called his supervisor who also made it seem like this was the hardest project they have ever seen. They said they wouldn't be able to dig and we now need to find someone to put up a retainer wall because this was such a hard job. I went to the store in Strongsville and asked for a supervisor to call me back and they took my name and number - and of course he didn't call but had a sales representative call and give me the wrong info - until I called Bill the install guy. Here we are now, frustrated and working on getting them to come and pick up the pallet of the pool and all the stuff we bought - because we no longer want to deal with all this crap. We have been waiting for 5 days to hear back from someone on when they will pick up the all this stuff in my garage and not one peep from anyone. No communication whatsoever. Finally called them - they are trying now to charge me a 15% restocking fee. What a joke!! They rip off their customers. This is hardworking money and they are a mess!!! Long story short - we are not getting this pool for the kids this year - we will not next year go back to lite house - nor would I ever suggest them to any friends or family

I raised concerns about the crooked liner where the light was installed as well as two of the bases on the uprights were not installed correctly. He said he would look at them. I was in my garage with the door open. They left without a word. I still have a crooked liner that I will see for the next five to ten years. I will demand that they correct those. I want what your commercials and advertisements display, a professional install , done correctly. Then my happy family enjoying what I paid for. I paid for the furniture to be put together when we purchased it. However when everything including the pool was delivered it was the end of January and blustery cold. The delivery people said they would come back when it was warmer. I said ok , I can just store everything here in my garage. Today the people came to put together the furniture and complained that the first delivery group got off easy and should have put the furniture together then. I am so DISAPPOINTED!!! I just hope the furniture isn't scratched or poorly put together. Leadership starts at the top and a team is led by example!!!!!!!!!! Since 2021, we have worked with them for regular maintenance, service calls, questions about balancing chemicals, purchasing supplies and more. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating. They offer a free service for you to bring in a sample of your hot tub water and they analyze it in the store and tell you exactly what chemicals to add. That was immensely helpful when I was getting the hang of the new hot tub. I highly recommend this business. They stand by their product and provide support to the customer for years.

After several years of use, I inquired about having the tub drained as I was then not using. I was discouraged from doing that and was told that it didn't cost that much in electricity to keep it running, so I followed that advice. I just had the hot tub hauled away as both the controller pad and manual jet controller broke and the cost to replace/fix was too expensive. I received my electric bill after the hot tub removal and my electricity usage dropped substantially. The cost of the chemicals to maintain, replacement of the hot tub cover, electricity to run and eventual removal of the hot tub were all expenses that could have been avoided had the tub been drained and left for future use. Sharing this experience to save others from falling into this pitfall.

We started working with Robert Wilkovich in the Fall of 2022. He agreed to remove and replace the…read moreconcrete around my pool, including putting concrete under the pool steps, install new piping, repair the pool steel walls as necessary, install a salt system, install a new liner and a new winter cover. All of this was to be accomplished during the month of September, 2022. Since the vinyl liner and the winter cover were unique to my pool he required me to pay up front for those items a total around $7,000. Tearing out the concrete and replacing the lines happened quickly. Then there was supposedly a "concrete" shortage and we waited about 2 weeks for the concrete. The concrete was installed in early October, 2022. He told me several times he had the new liner and the new winter cover. It was now mid October and time to tear out the old liner, make wall repairs and install a new liner. The weather started getting cooler and we needed a few days of warm weather to complete the project and we especially needed warm weather to install the new vinyl liner. Short story the completion of the project was postponed until the Spring of 2023 however Robert told us we would be the first job in the Spring. We go to Florida in the Winter so I asked Robert to deliver the liner and winter cover and store them in my garage. I was always nervous that he did not have the merchandise. He agreed to deliver the products and then a couple days later suddenly he got Covid and could not deliver the products that we paid for. So we left for Florida. He did however agree to install the winter cover. That never happened. May, 2023 arrives and Robert had another pool job that had to be completed first but we would be next as soon a that pool was completed. Well Robert or his crew stopped by and did a little work and then disappeared for a week and this went on and on. We had hoped to be in the pool by Memorial Day. He then promised the rebuild would be completed by July 4th. Now a few days before July 4th he calls and informs me that he has to do more extensive work on one section of the pool wall and it would cost an additional around $5000 or so. He said he could not start the work for two weeks (mid July) but then he would have it completed by a date in late July. Robert then said I could sign a new contract with him or hire a new contractor. Well we hired a new contractor and Robert agreed to deliver the winter cover and to refund me for the liner saying he could use the liner for another customer. That is just baloney because no one else has a pool that is the exact size and configuration as my pool. Well he never delivered the new cover and never refunded me for the liner. We found a new honest contractor who completed the project in 2 weeks. We since hired an attorney and we prevailed in a lawsuit. Unfortunately, Robert has few resources and very little money in the bank so recovery has been a challenge. He has been tough to contact since he was in The Lorain County Jail for about 3 months from December, 2023 to February, 2024. So bottom line stay away from Robert Wilkovich, Rosemarie and Northern Ohio Pool and Spas. They are dishonest, they are crooks and both have checkered backgrounds.

The company stopped working on our project mid September and the pool sat all fall when weather was perfect. After meeting with owner late fall, he guaranteed we would be first on schedule in May to complete pool. This did not happen. He worked a total of 8 hours through July on our project. He cited price increases that he is struggling with. We paid per our contract and any extra work he did. He told us he did not have the funds to cover our equipment, which he stated was paid for and we would be responsible for paying. Long story and enough was enough. Terminated our contract. Company is unreliable, terrible at completing due dates, and not trustworthy. Hired new company to finish and hiring lawyer.
