I contacted M&G Pools when we purchased a new hot tub and were in need of an electrical hook up. The hot tub retailer gave us the name of an electrician for the hook up, but my preference was to contact a local company, who happens to be located directly in my own city. Matt Cellura came out within a day of contacting him. The existing electrical box or wiring had some issue. It was probably something he could have been able to do, but for safety sake, he suggested a specific electrician. Highly recommend. Matt inspected our pool when we bought our house in 2018, and he was thorough and explained everything so I could understand, since owning a pool was new to us. Now we use them to open and close our pool, as well as to help problem solve any issues during the year and repair the system when necessary. I text Matt and he gets back to me within a day (usually same day) with advice. We also had them install a new liner and order a new cover in 2019. They are a very good pool company. Matt has helped me with a lot of problems from replacing my main drain cover underwater, To installing a Vacuum Release Valve and repairing bad PVC pipes. We purchased a home in 2014 which came with an outdoor pool. M&G opened the pool for us. When the cover came off the water was nearly black. In three days the water was gleaming. M&G closed the pool that year too. The following year at opening time, the cover came off and water looked great! Contacted them after I had another pool company come to service my pool heater. I was told part was $130 plus another $70 to install. Called them and they said the part was $40, they carried them in their van (other company had to order). When they came out the next day, they said the part did not need to be replaced and had my heater working 15 minutes later. read more
