I have used this company for the last four years. They are very reliable and do a very good job…read morewith your pool. As far as the owner's customer service skills....... it depends on the day. One day he could be very nice and the next day not so much. He has an arrogant intimidating way about him at times. With that being said, I don't always feel comfortable calling him first. I usually call the technician that was assigned to my house. (I wasn't even aware he was no longer there since I'm not home when they come out). We had torrential rains a week or so ago, and it messed up the balance of the Pool so I reached out to the technician that was assigned to me and he informed me that he's no longer with this company. I told him I was not aware of that situation I said sorry for bothering him, but that I like to call him first because I don't feel comfortable calling the owner since he's moody. This former technician then told me that there were other customers that felt the same way that are no longer with him. The next morning, I get a text from the owner telling me that he doesn't know why I called. my former technician to complain about him and because of that he's terminating my service. Didn't ask me what happened or asked me why I feel uncomfortable to call him just assumed. (the conversation was obviously repeated back to the owner) The owner has a you're YOU'RE WELCOME attitude not a thank you for your service attitude. That in itself is a reason that I would not recommend this company. I am a small business owner myself. If I had a customer that compained to my husband about me or me about my husband, the last thing I would do is tell them to get out of my store. I would call them and say, why do you feel this way? How can I fix it. That's why we've been in business almost 50 years. We and cherish our customers . Without them you don't have a business.

Our pool cover fell in, during the "off season"...it looked like a lake in April. I didn't think…read morethere was any chance of us opening up the pool in June, let alone mid May. The staff at Alpine Pools, in Bethel Park, recommended the exact chemicals needed, recommended the correct time to let the chemicals work and most importantly, recommended when it would be safe to use. ALL of the "in store" staff has been understanding, helpful and informative. One employee that went "above and beyond" was Kloe. She followed up with phone calls and made sure we were satisfied with our service and the status of our pool. Now, the kids are swimming, pool is ready for the Memorial Day weekend and all is good with the pool. Thank you again, Dan and family, staff and Kloe
