Since 2021, we have worked with them for regular maintenance, service calls, questions about balancing chemicals, purchasing supplies and more. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating. They offer a free service for you to bring in a sample of your hot tub water and they analyze it in the store and tell you exactly what chemicals to add. That was immensely helpful when I was getting the hang of the new hot tub. I highly recommend this business. They stand by their product and provide support to the customer for years.

After several years of use, I inquired about having the tub drained as I was then not using. I was discouraged from doing that and was told that it didn't cost that much in electricity to keep it running, so I followed that advice. I just had the hot tub hauled away as both the controller pad and manual jet controller broke and the cost to replace/fix was too expensive. I received my electric bill after the hot tub removal and my electricity usage dropped substantially. The cost of the chemicals to maintain, replacement of the hot tub cover, electricity to run and eventual removal of the hot tub were all expenses that could have been avoided had the tub been drained and left for future use. Sharing this experience to save others from falling into this pitfall.

The purchasing, delivery and installation process was seamless. The Place staff were/are always friendly and approachable. Tori Lambright's Spa Care class was fun. I learned so much and felt confident and informed after it was completed. Better yet, Tori and her collegues are available during business hours either in person or via phone to answer any questions that crop up after purchase. Tori is a Spa Care/Treatment wizz, and she makes taking care of our Hot Tub after purchase fun and easy. It was drained and winterized per the manual. When I opened up the spa in spring it powered up one pump and the control panel was not functioning properly. LeisureTime was contacted and a technician was sent out. The technician reported that mice chewed through wires and both pumps, motherboard and topside control panel needed to be replaced and the warranty was voided because of mice damage. I was appalled and disgusted! I spent $9K for this tub the year before. The reason I bought this model was because the salesman told me the bottom was sealed against critters getting in. Well they got in and I set about to exterminate them. I didn't do anything about the spa last season due to COVID. I thought the explanation I was given was bogus so I contacted an independent technician this Spring. He thought the same of the explanation. Within a short period of time he found that wires to the topside control panel had been compromised and it was a quick and easy fix. No other wires were found compromised. The technician from Leisure Time did no more than a 10 minute inspection and pronounced catastrophic damage. Do not buy spas from this business!!

Again no call no show. I called them Friday, more apologies. Now they did not have a cover, but were going to ship everything else on Monday and have the cover drop shipping. I called on Tuesday and nothing had shipped. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company and asked leisuretime to pick up the tub a void the sale. No response as of yet. Had i seen all the recent BBB complaints and poor reviews i would have not purchased from leisuretime. Also check the BBB for the number of "Closed" and "Out Buisiness" Leisuretimes there are.
