Negative stars are not low enough to review this company's service. They don't show up and when they finally do after 3 months of calling they don't listen charge lots of money that they collect quickly then do not want to fix a problem. This is theory service I've ever experienced would never recommend buying anything from them so your not stuck trying to get service from them. read more

Good to deal with until tub was delivered, the they dropped the ball. I have not been able to use my tub since delivery because it was delivered without any filters. The water is scummy and has left a black water line in the tub. The delivery crew told me that they would have a filter kit sent ( you would think they would overnite it seeing as they forgot to include it) they said I would have it by Saturday. My delivery was Wednesday at 11:30 am, it is Saturday and no filter! I cannot review the performance of the tub as I have not been able to use it yet! I am very disappointed in Leisuretime Warehouse! I will post a review on Master Spas site when I have a chance to experience using it. No more business for Leisuretime for me! read more

Bought a Sauna from Leisure Time Warehouse on Sat 3-18-23. I asked if they had them available and was told yes they had them in boxes. After the sale was made I asked to take it with me and was told they are in the warehouse and could not take it that day. I was told I would get a call Monday morning to set up a delivery and finalize the sale. I did not get a call. I finally called at 1:16pm and left a message to call me. I received a call from Makenzie at 3:08pm and was told there was a problem with the finance company and they were not able to run the transaction and also Greensky (finance co) needed to talk to me. She said she would have her boss call me and let me know what was going on. I did not get a call. I called again on Tues 3-21-23 at 12:49pm and was put on hold for 12 minutes and finally hung up and called back only to get voice mail again. I left a message stating my displeasure and someone needing to call me back. I also galled Greensky and was told there was no issue and that the retailer has made no attempt to make the transaction. It appears they have little to NO customer service and I now do not feel comfortable doing business with a company that does NOT return calls or stand behind what they tell me. read more

We bought a swim spa recently, it was a big purchase for us. We have never owned a hot tub, pool or spa. They never called us after they dropped it off to see how it was going, if we had questions or concerns. Horrible customer service. They have no customer service. I have been without a hot tub for weeks due to a leak. They sent a tech down and he only looked at it, no repairs were made. He stated someone would contact us, they have not. We have tried to contact them and got no response. I am disappointed that I didn't research into this company more before buying from them. read more

The entire process went smooth. I own (2) Master Spas... the first is 16 years old now and the second more recently (@ our lakehome) and they have been great to work with...supplies and service. There was a delay on the install at our lakehome but that was due to production at the factory, which was supply chain related. They communicated the delay in advance so no harm done. I have no issue with the unit itself. The issue I have is the crane delivery I needed. Salesperson and delivery manager both promised delivery would be between $500 and $800. The day after setting in place I received a bill from the crane contractor for $2000. Reason being is the contractor is based roughly three hours from the job site. Since a contractor charges for the entire time on a job I got stuck with 6.5 hours; half of which was overtime rate due to the time Leisuretime would arrive at my house with the unit. With concern to making the situation right, the owner of the company called to tell me he will do nothing about the misrepresentation by two of his staff members aside from offer me a gift certificate of $200 to buy chemicals. I replied by saying "I appreciate your offer, but I'm still getting the f***ing shaft". He then used the one explicit word I used in dialogue as an excuse to hang up the phone. They may be an excellent company to deal with in their hometown, however, they couldn't care less about the satisfaction of their customers who had the bright idea to spend $15,000 at a fly by night hot tub show. read more

Purchased a hot tub at a local show in January. We were told a 4-6 week delivery. At 7 weeks we called to check status. They first couldn't find our order and then I was told my husband told them he wasn't ready for delivery. My husband never spoke with anyone. I was then told they had us mixed up with someone else with the same name but the FN and LN were reversed (highly unlikely). So we finally get the hot tub delivered around 9 weeks after purchase. The delivery guys were awesome which is the only reason I'm giving any stars. One month after using the hot tub, it stops working. Pump is off, control panel is off, even though there's power to the unit. Called and spoke with someone who once again had to find our order and we agreed to call back and talk to someone the next day. My husband called but it took four days to reach someone. My husband was told that they would send someone out to look at the hot tub early the next week. On Wednesday of last week I called to check the status. They had no record of us calling. I was told someone would call me back later that day. Still had not heard from anyone by Friday so we contacted the salesman who had to get involved. We were told that they would be sending out a tech to replace the circuit board. Yesterday we were told that the technician had been unable to reach my husband but NOBODY had tried to call him because we've been waiting on a call. Again, had to get the salesman involved. Service tech finally called and said he would order the part and come out and repair. We had the hot tub one month and we've now been almost a month of not being able to use it. Disappointed in Leisuretime's customer service and also disappointed in the quality of Master Spa. Will never recommend Leisuretime or Master Spa read more
