And once that phase was over, Krystal stayed in constant contact with me until the job was completed. The installers were completely awesome and I absolutely love it. Wish I could give the whole company a raise. My friends are in awe with my enclosure. They changed my appointment date because I was adamant about having it done by July 4th so they set my appointment for June 29th and moved it up to June 18th to make sure it was done. I absolutely love it

Patio Enclosures refused to replace it under warranty and without even visiting to look at it, quoted 1600 dollars to replace it. Did I mention we paid 26000 for this room? They wouldn't even call me to discuss. So I hired C &E glass to replace it for 600.00. so not only were they not replacing under warranty, they were trying to make 1,300 on the deal as the glass is only worth 300. So their warranty is worthless and after the sale they just don't care. I recommend you find another supplier if you are installing or replacing a sunroom unless you enjoy arguing. Also they do business as Stanek Windows in the Cleveland area so watch out for that.
