Every water tester said algae, then mustard algae, then told black then the ultimate white algae. The white is extremely hard to get rid of especially when you're stepping on media that's been thrust into your pool because of installers. I don't know what they're doing. It was clear when it came The one installer was OK ( he even asked why did someone say u need a new one. the other one horrible( same one intentional to liner). and from that point I have been unable to swim or my 14 year old son and his friends!!! I am a permanently disabled female that has been duped beyond this solar station. I should've went with Budd's and just waited the extra couple of weeks and paid a little bit more, but it would've been done right I know how to take care of pills. I've been taking care of my pill for a long, long time. But it's very sad when I have to depend on people to do it for me when probably me and my grandmother could've done a better job. Needless to say stay away they're horrible from sales to service to service managers to installers who say it's fixed and then it's not fixed and they refused to fix it anymore. So now two years after a brand new filter I will never go back to Delval ever again hopefully I can get Budd's to sell me new filter? Again do yourself a favor pay a little bit more and don't go to Delval..

I Understand you may not have a part in stock but I purchased a $25,000 in ground pool from this store and expected some guidance. I brought the top assembly with part number in so I can get quick info on what to order since they installed this themselves. The young man at counter was polite but the person in office totally blew me off when the young man behind counter asked him to help me. Will not purchase another product from here ever!!! Horrible customer service to someone who spent over $25,000 to Niagara pools!!!!

On three separate occasions, I was given excuses as to why the work could not be completed as scheduled. Each time, I was assured it would be taken care of, yet the service was delayed again. Not only has this been frustrating and inconvenient, but it has also created unnecessary stress as the season has already changed, and I relied on your team's professionalism to ensure my pool was properly closed on time. I scheduled well in advance and expected that commitment to be honored. At this point, I feel that I have not received the level of service I was promised or paid for. I would like a clear explanation as to why these repeated incidents occurred, along with confirmation of when my pool will actually be closed. Additionally, I believe compensation or a discount on this service is warranted given the repeated failures and inconvenience. Lucas M

O NOT USE Niagara pools!!!!! DO NOT RISK YOUR EXPERIENCE…read moreAND MONEY ON THESE FOLKS My family hired Niagara pools to build an in-ground liner pool for our home. We were told the cost would be around $47,000 that actually cost us $53,000. They started work in the fall promising be completed before the next summer season. Due to what they claimed to be a fall with more rain than usual they could not complete our pool in the fall and that we would be first in line when construction continued in the spring. This DID NOT happen in fact I had to email and call throughout the spring for then to return to work on the pool. It did not get finished until the 2/3 week of July that year. Immediately we had problems with the pool. The lining in two spots continued to come apart from the seam at the top requiring multiple visits for them to fix. The pool light did not work, the heat ran sparingly, a large crease developed in the liner in the shallow end and the handle to the filter snapped off the first summer. All these things were reported to the maintenance department via phone and email. With no response in months of trying to get a hold of them. They finally came and addressed the handle and light. And told us the liner crease at the bottom and top liner pop out was from the pool settling. As seasons continued more and more creases have appeared in the shallow end to the point now that we have approximately 5/7 very large creases running the length of the shallow end. When requesting someone come look at it and it to be addressed and fixed. A very rude gentleman named Ken came to our home looked at the pool for a max ten mins determining that they were not at fault, and they would not be fixing the liner. He then ignored countless emails and requests to discuss this. Finally, after months he called me and told me that at some point the pool water had to be less inside then under, which it never was, and that we had not hired them to close the pool, which was never stated as part of the terms of their work warrantee, they would not guarantee the work and we would have to pay $8000 to a different company to come replace the 4-season old liner. Because they were not going to do it. I work as a manager in the home improvement industry, and this is the worst customer experience and customer focused approach I have ever seen. We as the customer where blamed for a pool with a liner that had a visible seam in the shallow end where 2 different pieces of liner were used and connected. The creases have occurred need that seam as has the continued liner popping from the top groove. Ken is the most egotistical home improvement individual I have ever spoken too. He adamantly blamed us and took no responsibility for anything that had gone wrong in the whole process. I understand clearly now why there have been multiple lawsuits against this company. They are solely focused on making money and have no integrity to standby their work or even come up with a mutual agreement to share the cost of fixing the liner. The absolute entitlement is disguising and explains why countless employees I dealt with have since left the company. DO NOT RISK YOUR EXPERIENCE AND MONEY ON THESE FOLKS

I thought that was the safest, best option to keep our pool in the best shape. In fact for 10 years, I pay Budds to open, service weekly for 12 weeks, and close my pool. Friday morning I turned the heater on in case the kids wanted to go in. I thankfully hung outside for a bit, when I began to smell something burning and walked over to find the heater on fire. I immediately turned off the power on the heater and emailed and called Budds. They FaceTimed with Edward Litsky, and noted that the water valve to the heater was in the off position. They then sent someone out Friday evening around 8pm, turned the water on, vacuumed out the soot, inspected it using a phone flashlight, turned on the heater and informed us someone would be in touch. Three days later, after I requested to hear from someone in a supervisor role, Chas the GM of service called me this evening. He offered to replace the burned out lcd screen free of charge. I told him I expected more, as I no longer feel safe having my kids around the heater, and he told me it was more than fair since "I" turned off the water to the heater. He blamed ME! A customer of 10 years. He blamed me, because I emailed requesting assistance turning on the skimmers prior to the fire. After their own employees admitted it was opened incorrectly. The General Manager of Service blamed me in a massive CYA case. I have never been a part of a worst case of shady business in my life. Avoid Budds Pools.
